Initially I was skeptical of the high ratings that Pro Finish Auto had, but now I am not surprised why this body shop is so highly rated. I cannot express enough how stunned I was with the outstanding bodywork performed by this shop; as can be seen by the before and after pictures within this review.

First and foremost, I wanted to just dwelve into the professionalism exhibited by Nick throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. He kept me in the loop and texted me whenever there was any progress being made through pictures and texts. In addition, he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and answer any questions quickly, especially Facetiming me to ensure the quality of the parts before they were installed on my vehicle. His attention to detail and affable communications made the entire process stress-free and pleasant.

The efficiency and quick turnaround time (of only 5 days!!) when maintaining the highest quality of work, has exceeded all my expectations, specially as someone who has had experienced horrendous work done at other body shops. I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Finish Auto to anyone and coupled with the excellence and fantastic customer service I received, I will undoubtedly entrust this body shop with any of my future automotive needs and have already spread word to friends and family.

Nick fixed two vehicles of mine in the past year: a 2009 Prius and a 2021 Honda ridgeline. The attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, timing and customer service have been absolutely nothing less than stellar. Nick and his team have set the standard for excellence in the industry. I would highly recommend Pro Finish Auto time and time again.

Went to Nick to get a new front and rear bumper, plus fix and paint damage to front left quarter panel. Car looks immaculate! Dropped off on Monday picked up Wednesday afternoon. Super easy to work with and communicates very quickly/well with you before you drop off and while doing the work. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing body work. They also helped with some touch up paint on a place that a previous body shop missed as well as a few chips on the hood. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I heard about this body shop through a good friend, and let me just say.. if i ever need body work done to my subaru WRX or any other car.. i will be coming back as well as recommending this body shop to anybody who is looking for one. It was also done faster then i expected it to be.

Nick was so professional, he was great at communicating with me how long it would be until my car was fixed. He fixed in that time frame. I am very happy with the results. He is very friendly, I HIGHLY recommend Pro Finish Auto.

I slightly scratched the rear door and the rear plastic molding on my car. Brought to a big body shop. They offered to repaint the four details (the whole right side, effectively) and quoted an insane price. Their excuse was that the color (white mica) was "very complex" and it would be impossible to paint only the door for the perfect look. Not that I needed the perfect look anyway but they insisted they wouldn't do it another way.

I went to Nick, he offered to do only the scratched door (plus, get this: FIX the scratched plastic molding rather than to replace it!), all at a reasonable price.

The work was done at the agreed schedule (dropped the car on Mon, picked up on Wed), not a single hiccup.

The quality was amazing, got more than expected: I seriously tried to see any difference between the right (fixed) and left (never scratched) sides of my car, under different lighting condition, just to make any sense of the big shop's claim -- and I failed. The scratches on the molding disappeared as they have never been there.

Nothing short of amazing craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Nick was excellent! Very professional. My friend recommended Nick to fix my car from a small crash and I am so glad I did. I also got two of my windows tinted and I am very happy with the result. Not only Nick did a great job but the car was ready before I thought it was going to be. I will definitely come back to Nick again in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know.

My vehicle needed repair (dent removed and a paint match) due to a side swipe collision and Pro Finish Auto made it look like the damage never happened. Nick did an absolutely great job on the auto body work of my truck. Ordered the parts and once arrived had my truck down within a day. Also throughout the entire process of parts order he kept me in the loop with the arrival of them. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will be doing all my business with Pro Finish and referring all business to this shop. Very down to earth and professional. Can’t say enough good things about pro finish auto. Nick (owner) was professional, helpful, efficient, and overall the ideal individual to do business with. I just moved to Stamford from NY and needed someone I could trust with my car. He worked with my insurance company and I, and handled everything much quicker then expected, with absolutely no issues along the way. He had my bumper and wheel both repaired in 2 days. Amazing experience. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing this business for all Autobody work.

Was referred to Nick by my nephew to restore the headlights of my 2005 Honda Accord, which would barely illuminate due to years of condensation and the New England weather. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the work Nick performed and the great price he gave me. It was half of the price of replacing the car’s lights and they look like new. I’ve already booked my next appointment to have the rims refinished on my 2019 SUV. Just a straightforward and honest place to have work done on your vehicle.

I had some damage on my front bumper cover from rubbing against a wall. The paint job was spoiled and the lip got bashed in. The dealership wanted to replace the whole cover and gave a pricey quote.

I brought it to Nick and he was very confident that he can fix the damage and repaint. My '22 Civic looks like I just drove it out of the dealership! Thanks for a wonderful job Nick and wishing you the best of success in the future.

Nick was great to work with. Very professional, fast and fair. I was under a tight timeline to have my car repaired after being rear ended right before my lease was due back. Nick worked quickly and returned my car to me, in perfect condition, in no time at all. Highly recommend!

Nick was great. I have an older car that my son banged up in a parking lot. I did not want to use insurance to pay for it due to a concern about the rates. I got an estimate from another shop that was way more than I wanted to pay. I took it to Nick and he worked out a plan that fixed about 90% of the problem for about 20% of the price the other shop gave me. The work was great and he was very professional. I have no doubt that if I wanted to pay more to get my older car back to 100%, Nick could have easily done it, and done it far cheaper than the other shop.

Nick is awesome. Had multiple visits with plenty of cars. He took the time to inspect and explain the problems and why they were happening as well as his solution.
