Commonwealth Health Emergency Room - Tunkhannock

My husband was transported there on Friday Oct. 15, 2021.
The Doctor and nurses were beyond amazing! If it weren't for them my husband wouldn't be here.
Not only did they care for him with expertise and compassion, they kept me informed yet calm. I can never thank the staff that night for being there!

Tyler Memorial Hospital may be a smaller hospital but the quality of care and respect for its clients is very great. I received all of this during my inpatient stay from the RNs, LNs and all other staff and departments involved in maintaining care excellence required when I needed it recently. My Thank You and Best Wishes for continued well earned support!

Katie Henfling (CRNP) is great. She takes her time, and even though I've only been going to Guthrie Clinic for 6mo, she knows me already. Plus, their appointments seem to run on a timely schedule. The other nurses and front desk staff help keep that in order. Kudos!

My baby is almost 5 months old and had to get blood work. I went somewhere else first and it was a horrible experience and did not get the test done. Went to Tyler this morning and the whole lab team where EXCELLENT with him! I thank them so much for how they handled my baby and got the test done. Great job to Courtney, Rachel and Bethany!!!

Went in for a pretty major surgery, procedure went very well and the Dr and nursing staff were so helpful and caring. I was there for 4 1/2 days recovering, and every nurse was awesome. They were experienced and took excellent care of me.

Each time I’ve had to go for a procedure the staff has been so kind. They are knowledgeable and make me feel at ease even when the procedure itself is not so fun. Even the ladies at checking in are very kind.

Sincere, honest, caring, professional attitudes and response! This group is the utmost in awesome!! Michelle and crew know their people, their patients, their needs, and continue to dedicate themselves to our care.

This Hospital is Awesome. Such Caring Staff. It is so very welcoming. I have such a STRONG RESPECT for this Hospital. Just like I have a STRONG RESPECT FOR DOCTORS AND NURSES. May The Love of Jesus always bless this awesome hospital.

Had a procedure in short stay. Told them I was keto. They brought me a tray and dietary was spot on. Thank you so much.

As always, the staff at the former Tyler Hospital was friendly, professional and efficient.

Staff member was very kind and quick. I would definitely recommend going back there if I needed too!
