I am from Connecticut and I drive to this location because they do there at most best to get your truck up and running, they are always pleasant on the phone and in the shop they keep it 100% with you about your situation and will answer your questions in a direct manner.Unlike other Freightliner franchise I have been in the past,they are respectful to every customer and don’t give an attitude. They endeavor to make your experience at the location a good one which the most important thing in the customer service industry. Good experience in life is what everyone hope to have.

Walked in on shop closing time on a Saturday.I had Fifth Wheel issue.MR Gary and his team pulled my truck in and get it fixed right away.Assembled fifth wheel back together and tested it and greased.They did not charge me money(free service). Amazing team,I will definitely recommend this shop to all truckers.Thank you very much

Also want to add,had a marker light problem called Gary got me in the same day and fixed it immediately! It was under recall and he didn’t charge a dime for the work. Won’t go anywhere else!

After dealing with M and K Mack in Dunmore and being ripped off by then it is such a fresh of breath air to deal with a dealership that when I walked away I have a smile on my face and feel great about the service I received and wasn't overcharged for anything I've already done repeat business with this place and will continue to do more hopefully when I'm ready to buy my next truck they will be the dealer to sell it to me but that's a little ways in the future with the truck prices the way they are or just going to wait

Expert mechanics Gary and his crew took on my 1991 motorhome and when I drove it there it needed extensive engine work and suspension work which no one in our area would try to accomplish. These experts accepted the mission and when I drove away from there it ran like new again. My thanks to the professional freightliner crew from me and my family. Looking forward to our first trip. The guys at the parts desk will make sure you get your parts.. even if they cant get them, they will find them and point you in the correct direction. Super friendly

these guys found and fixed the problem in less than 48 hours that the Freightliner dealership in Wichita couldn't find so just gave me the truck back. I'll come back here every time!
