I have dealt with lower back pain for over twelve years, seen physical therapists and have had numerous rounds of facet joint injections.
Then I was referred to Christine Lynders. She is an amazingly thorough diagnostician and an exceptional physical therapist. Christine truly cares about her patients and getting them back to their pre-injury quality of life. In two therapy sessions, with some exercises to do at home, my pain was gone! There are not words to express how happy I am to be pain free.

Christine is a miracle worker. I've been having pain on my shoulder for over 6 months and after only one visit to her my pain was basically gone and I regained movement on my shoulder. She has also worked on my daughter's ankle and it's been getting much better thanks to her thorough evaluation and treatment. She's kind and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

After years of suffering I was referred to Christine Lynders. She is so knowledgeable and talented that in a very short period of time she was able to determine what was causing my long term issues and she quickly corrected them and planned an excellent program for me. I’ve seen many PT’s over the years but Christine is by far the best diagnostician and practitioner I have ever met. I recommend her with absolute confidence!

Christine is a very gifted Physical Therapist. She is very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box for ways to diagnose and fix physical problems. Christine is a great listener, connects with her clients in ways which motivate them to succeed back to health. You’re not just another client; she truly cares about the person and their path to recovery!

CJ has has an incredible understanding of bio-mechanics and optimum movements in day to day living and sports movement as well. Ie she can diagnose issues before and after injury for preventative work and recovery post surgery/post injury. She helped me unfreeze 2 frozen shoulders and helped with PT after surgery. She is a pro and a lot of fun to be around. Ive seen several PT's and Christine is the ONLY PT I will ever see again.

Christine Is AMAZING!! She is gifted and has a hollistic approach to Physical Therapy!! I've had other Physical Therapist & hands down, Christine is the ABSOLUTE BEST Physical Therapist I've ever had!! I am now 100% pain free and very grateful for that!! Sucking It In Is REVOLUTIONARY!!! I incorporate it into every part of my day!!
