Highly pleased with the service i received from Joe the stores proprietor. I brought in 2 very unique instruments that needed repair. He was very knowledgeable. and attentive. I left there with my instruments working even beyond my expectations I also observed his demeanor to music education customers and noted him to be friendly & professional. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend for all your musical needs.

I bought an EVH Wolfgang Special from Joe at Greenwich music that was used that they listed on Reverb. Joe is a stand up guy and was honest about everything and loyal to the customer. I Would definitely buy from Greenwich Music again!!

We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Greenwich Music. We have used their services for: purchasing music and various instruments, repair and maintenance of instruments, restringing and providing years of wonderful flute lessons with Andrew. His teaching took my daughter's flute playing to several years above her grade level. Joe, the owner, treats everyone as family and even hosts music recitals for the kids in the store. If he doesn't have something in the store, he quickly locates it and takes care of your request. As a regular customer
for about a decade, I highly recommend them.

Great place for personalized service, because their prices are not any higher than big branch music instument stores. Just wish he carried more guitar selections. But has plenty of guitar needs for anybody local to Greenwhich, that otherwise have to travel for an hr or more to get quality strings, picks, accessories, or even in a bind for a part. Save gas and go here. No pressure great staff! Call first if you have a question on a need.

Amazing shop to work with. Ordered an Epiphone from Greenwich, not the most expensive instrument. FedEx had issues with delivery. Despite this not being a high ticket item, Joe worked with me for over a week to make sure I was taken care of and the guitar was delivered. Great experience, great communication, and a great shop.

I was considering the purchase of a guitar for my grandsons birthday. I found the staff at Greenwich Music very helpful and courteous. They even offered a free lesson with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a musical instrument and/or music lessons. I did purchase a guitar, and his first"free" lesson is next week! Great place to shop.

Been having intonation issues with my guitar for a while and GM did a fantastic job getting it recording ready again. Eric and Bill were so professional. Bill took the time to do the adjustment in front of me so I know what to do in the future. That shows a real passion for the craft and for service, not just trying to get you to come back in to make a buck.

Truth be told I got my first guitar here in 2006 and and they treated me with nothing but respect and professionalism when I was a beginner and now that I play professionally. I'll be back with more guitars.

The Music Angel in the Pandemic.

The pandemic just started. We left New York City to find space in Connecticut. Everything was closed and we were in a new town My son’s cello string pops. What to do now when you need a cello string in a pinch. I called a number of places either no answer, we can’t do it or we can do it for a big price. Businesses taking the opportunity to gouge at the onset did not sit right with me. I left a voicemail at one store my last try. Next thing I know I receive a text from Joe at Greenwich Music asking for my address. He will have his distributor drop ship it to me. Done. No questions. Seamless. We can’t wait to give Greenwich Music more business. They deserve it. Thank you Joe. You are a class act.

Purchased a Les Paul from them online, but it turned out it had already sold and the website hadn't updated. Joe, the owner, refunded me immediately and personally messaged me, and also offered to let me know when the next one arrived. Fast forward a couple weeks, and now I have my Les Paul with some extra goodies from the shop. 5/5 customer service! I will gladly continue to take my business here, even though I live all the way in Texas.

I can't rate this place high enough. I am a guitar player and I love buying stuff from the real shops and not just the big warehouses out there (Guitar Center among others) and this place fits the bill. Great people who are willing to work with you and help you find what you need. Great prices too. I purchased a guitar from them and I will purchasing some other things from them as well. If you are in the market for good gear then check these guys out. Ask for Joe, as he will take care of you.

My kids have been taking lessons at Greenwich music for 6 years, they admire their
music teachers because they are current and make learning fun. They really don't like
to miss their sessions.
The staff is so helpful with scheduling to parents busy schedules and they
are always knowledgable and fairly priced on all the instruments they sell.

So thankful to Greenwich Music! I went in to “rent” a drum set for our musical at Riverside School last weekend. On a limited budget I went in hoping for a “deal”. Joe, the owner, did not hesitate to loan us the drums for our practices and all three performances! Peter Pan was a wonderful performance- the music added to the greatness!

Bought a PRS SE guitar from them online. It was priced lower than other stores with the exact same guitar. It got to me quickly and it was boxed well. Very friendly customer service. I would certainly purchase from them again.

He has helped my three children with instrument rentals, purchases, repairs, and lessons for all my years in Greenwich. His staff is wonderful and are always happy to help. Needed a ukulele capo and they had it in stock. Very friendly and also great assortment of guitars, ukuleles, drums and other instruments. From what I can tell by pricing it's very reasonable. Would definitely recommend if in or near Greenwich.
