True Grace Spa & Nail

True Grace is a wonderful find. Their services are reasonably priced yet the facials and massages are of a much higher calibre than the prices reflect. I was introduced to Sarah and her staff using a gift certificate initially. I have returned many times since, taking friends and family when I can - and am never disappointed.

The staff is so nice and accommodating. They always have great deals and every service is amazing. I’ve had massages, facials, and their mani-pedi. Each fantastic, especially for the price

This place really takes their time with you. Everyone is always super friendly and accommodating. Very nice ambience and they do a fantastic pedicure and shellac manicure!

Can't beat the price and friendliness

Amazing place! I went in for kollagen facial and- in addition- was given legs, hands and neck massage. It lasted well over 1h. The girls working there are very nice and accommodating.
The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because when I arrived 15mins late ( due to getting lost), the owner strongly suggested the amount of tip I should leave.

I have very mixed feeling about my experience here. I purchased a Groupon for a body massage, foot massage and pedicure. I really enjoyed and appreciated all of these services. The staff took their time and I felt truly relaxed. My issue is more with the etiquette of the staff... when I first arrived instead of being welcomed I was rushed to the room for my massage and told to undress. Before I could get situated on the table under the sheet a member of the staff just walked into the room without knocking. I felt very awkward and uncomfortable just standing there without clothes on...she apologized and left and knocked a few minutes later when she returned. From there on out everything was good until I was finished and went to leave. I understand that when you purchase a Groupon you base your tip on the original amount of the services, which I had figured out and was going to split between the two women - one who gave the massage and one who gave the pedicure. I hadn't seen the women who gave me the massage and was going to leave her tip at the front desk. After my pedicure I handed the woman a tip and the manager or boss who was there very angrily and rudely told me that I need to tip her more and that there was a minimum tip. This made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff did a nice job and I absolutely planned on tipping them based on the full price, but it felt very rude for her to react the way that she did and tell me that their is a tipping minimum, because that's just not true. If that is the policy this business upholds then it should be made known to customers and the start and definitely in a kinder way. So I believe the services to be good here, but I think you might be taking a chance with the staff members.

Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a Groupon for massage, pedicure and manicure... They started with massage and the person who did it obviously had no professional experience in that area. She also scratched me multiple times. I regret not following my urge just to stop her and walk out. Next was pedicure. Person was really rough with scrubbing my feet to the point where I audibly yelled oww! She said sorry and then hurt me again! Water was cold too. Would never go back.

Absolutely Terrible Place. They were not busy, but claimed to be and made me wait 20 minutes...then..between a facial and massage that was booked 2 weeks in advance..I waited another 20 minutes..they then sent someone in who I explained an injury to...she started the massage and then left 20 minutes later and then someone new came in (I did not realize it until they started pressing on my injury and then could not understand English and kept doing it) I was calm and explained but.. To add insult to injury, she then tried to end the session 20 minutes early saying it had been an hour. It had been 40 minutes of first one person then another awkwardly pressing on my muscles. This was not a massage. Supposedly the boss made the first one leave to put her somewhere else. I've never been treated so poorly. This is a very shady unprofessional operation. I believe that not one of those "masseuses" is licensed to be giving massages. No wonder they are are always on the coupon sites, they are absolutely awful and unprofessional Do not waste your time or money.

Terrible experience. The lady who did my pedi was nice and all but my nails weren’t even properly filed. Also, I had a groupon for gel manicure and spa pedi. Due to the fact that I already had acrylic on my hands, they couldn’t give me my Gel manicure. They don’t have the machine to take off acrylics. What kind of nail salon doesn’t do acrylic or at least have the capiblity to take them off. Left with just a pedicure and wasted money for my manicure. Ridiculous. Never returning. Oh and to top it off I had to spend another $5 for tax. So in total spent $55 on a stupid pedicure that didn’t even come out nice!! RIDICULOUS TERRIBLE SERVICE

3/31/17 This is by far one of the worst examples of ownership and customer service I have ever witnessed. My girlfriend went in person and booked an appointment for a large party 3 weeks in advance. Witnessed the manager Silvia, write it in the books. Called a week later to place a down payment, they took her credit card information and time of the party. Then she calls two days before the event to be told that they have no idea who she is and that they can't do it. Now my girlfriend is stressed out and panicking while she is at work about what she can do about the 15 women expecting to be at this place for the party tomorrow. I would suggest everyone stay away far away from this place. They are refusing to put the manager on the phone, the owner isn't trying to do anything to remedy the situation when it is clear that they messed up. While there is food that has been purchased and people coming from out of town to attend.
