Awesome place to practice BJJ or boxing. Especially if you're a women....it can be intimidating walking into a martial arts/boxing school, the owners are very welcoming as well as the team members. I absolutely love training there and feel super comfortable. I've trained with the owners at other facilities and am super excited to be training at their place now!

Mixed Martial Arts gym owned by husband and wife Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts. I've trained with them before at other gyms and was extremely excited when they opened in July. I started training there immediately and so did my elementary school-aged kids.

They foster a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes me look forward to my classes here.

If you're looking to get into martial arts/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or if you're experienced and looking for a new location, this place is great. They offer beginner and advanced classes every day, in addition to private instruction. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the gym is clean and has plenty of nearby parking.

If you looking to get started, evolve your game, or just get a great workout this is the best place to do it. Been training with Bibi and Vini for a long time and all I can say is that they made me fall in love with the sport and they show me what a real discipline is and what it means to actually push yourself.

Great place to train, both kid and adult classes available, highly recommended to anyone in the area whether looking for fitness, self defense or to actively compete this is the place to go in Norwalk.
