Washington Prime

Went to Washington Prime for the first time on Sunday evening for a date night and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the food was so delicious! Our server Scott was such a nice guy, the steaks were cooked perfectly, the lobster tails were fresh and all the sides were so good. The dessert was great too (we almost passed on trying a couple but glad we didn’t!). The only thing that I would rate a 4 instead of a 5 would be the old fashioned, but it was still decent and didn’t kill the vibes. We will for sure be back to try their brunch soon!

We have been going to Sunday brunch for a few weeks and feel like VIP. Each and every time the food is on par. The service is amazing and Webster remembers us by name. I highly recommend this restaurant for service, food, atmosphere and hospitality. You will not be disappointed.

One of the very best filet mignon I’ve ever had and the Oscar Style was awesome. The Brussels Sprouts were also fantastic. The next time I am in Norwalk this will definitely be my place to have dinner!

We came to Washington Prime for a Mother's Day dinner. For appetizers we ordered calamari and mussels, they were good. I ordered steak and it was delicious. The staff is very nice. Everyone was kind and welcoming. It was a good experience.

Absolutely amazing. Great bar and atmosphere overall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had the 55oz. Tomahawk medium-rare with bone marrow. I'm pretty sure I'll be putting bone marrow on all my steaks when I can from now on. Steak was perfect.

One of the first places I visited when we moved to Norwalk. In fact, this is where we celebrated the closing of our new home. The dishes here are absolutely amazing! Every meal from appetizers to dessert will feed your soul. When I want to indulge this is where I go.

Excellent steak tartar. One of the best. Very nice cocktails. I always get a black and blue ny strip and they cooked it perfectly. Very rare in the center and a nice char on the outside.

On Sunday 3/17 my girlfriend and I attended Washington Prime to celebrate our anniversary. We were met by Webster who had our table prepared and ready for us to be seated. We ordered several appetizers and meals that were out of those world. The drinks and service was by far top 10 in Connecticut. Gillian and Webster went above and beyond to make our day a special day. We will return in a few weeks to enjoy another 5 star meal and service. Thank you sooooooooo much for making our special day an amazing one.

Such an awesome visit. First time going tonight and the flavor of the food was perfect! It was so good I ate some before I took a photo haha. Also our waiter was wonderful and the drinks were amazing too! Overall I will definitely be returning!!

Every one in our group had a great meal and experience. Their steaks are top notch and I would put them up against any of the big name steakhouses in NYC. I loved their extra thick cut bacon. It was extremely tasty. You can't go wrong with anything at this place. Their staff are very courteous and attentive. Here are a few pics of our dinner.

Definitely worth the price. Gluten-free options are also available. We had two appetizers (Chilean sea bass skewers and calamari), ahi-tuna steak, NY Strip steak, and dessert (creme-brulee & choc cake)- everything was amazing.

We came for our 5 year wedding anniversary and let me just say, Jhonny our server was absolutely amazing. He was super attentive and very nice. When our candle at the table went out he took the time to replace the burnt out candle on our table. He refilled our water as quickly as we drank it. Very kind gentleman and if you go please request him! Every time we said thank you he responded 'It's my pleasure ', not many servers will respond like that. He made our anniversary that much more special without even knowing( we didn't say anything about it).

The food was absolutely delicious and brilliantly plated. We ordered the tomahawk steak with a Maine lobster tail, Ceasar salad, grilled watermelon, truffle parmesan fries, and the drinks! Omg the drinks. I had the margarita and my husband, the 99, not only did the drinks pack a punch they far exceeded my expectations on size. You truly get your moneys worth.

Lets start with the steak. It was tender, juicy, and so much flavor! It melted in my mouth upon first bite, I fell in love with Washington Prime right there. The lobster was sweet, tender and very well seasoned. The Caesar salad was delicious but slightly under dressed. My husband got the grilled watermelon, it was flavorful and juicy, well dressed salad, beautiful presentation of the dish. The fries, holy truffle oil, the flavor came through so well. They were perfect.

Dessert was spectacular! The creme brulee was pure bliss. Silky and sweet. I ordered the Chocolate tuxedo, it was divine! Alas by this point I could not eat anymore so I only ate about half but for days to come I will be kicking myself for not finishing it.

All in all I highly recommend coming for dinner and drinks. Our experience was otherworldly and I highly recommend coming for dinner or even just drinks. It is a cozy spot with great food and a wonderful staff. We will definitely be back for any special occasion. I can not reiterate this enough, phenomenal service, phenomenal food, and an overall amazing experience. We can't wait to come back again.

The food here is unbelievably good. I have never seen such an incredible crust on a steak. The presentation was beautiful and my taste buds were in heaven. Hope to be back soon again

Enjoy an amazing ambience combined with excellent steak (I highly recommend the peppercorn sauce - just ask for it) and top-notch margaritas (believe me, they are the best). If margaritas are not your thing, they have a full bar with artisanal
craft cocktails. Well-run establishment with great wait staff and a diverse selection of steak, fish, meat and poultry - you're bound to find favorites on their menu! They are, as they say, a cut above the rest.

Many resturants shy away from wellingtons because it's an intimidating item. These guys have an amazing wellington. it's a must try. Creme Brule was the other star of the menu. Appetizers were good, not my personal favorite tho. all in all, great place.

One of my new favorite places to eat. This was my third time here and it did not disappoint. Split an aged bone in strip steak and the halibut with risotto which was on the specials menu with my husband. Both were cooked to perfection and the flavor was on point. Finished the evening with bananas foster cake and some coffee. Management and wait staff were attentive and nice. Look forward to trying something new there again. Suggest if you're going for your first time with a group to split the porterhouse and order and try all the sides!

Had a wonderful time here with a group of friends. The drinks and food were so good, the staff, excellent! Will be back!

They staff was extremely friendly. We called to see what the wait time was and Webster answered and told us he would be able to get a seat right away. We ended up there because our actual reservation at another restaurant turned out to be a bad experience. Webster was a friendly face from the moment we walked in. I wish I remember our waitress name. She was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly as well. The food was out of this world and the drinks were made perfectly. This was a birthday dinner/date with my wife. It started off a disaster but ended with a positive experience thanks to the Washington prime. You guys will see us again. It was a great night. We will be back soon and recommend anyone to check you guys out

Delicious appetizers and meals! We ordered lamb chops and NY steak with Tuna poke. All were delicious! Not to mention good desserts!
We will come back!!
