I love FYE it has a wide selection of movies and music of different genres and it also has a wide selection of pop culture stuff. It is a very cool place to shop I highly recommend it

They usually have really good deals on their apparel and after the holiday's.

I have had a horrific time dealing with FYE Corporate trying to get general answers about my Backstage Pass PLATINUM membership -- and more specifically how to use my BSP PLATINUM membership when buying online. FYE Corporate is a disaster at Customer Service: providing incorrect information, having no clue, giving me the run-around, and simply not responding to my customer service inquiries. You could say FYE Corporate is a train wreck, 50 car pile up, major airline disaster, and a dumpster fire all wrapped up into one. Frustrated with FYE Corporate's complete incompetence and lack of caring, I contacted Andy the Store Manager at FYE Meriden and explained my situation with Corporate to him. Andy was understanding, sympathetic, apologetic, and caring. He took the time and effort to research my BSP PLATINUM membership questions and ultimately provided all of the answers I needed to proceed with my FYE shopping using my BSP PLATINUM membership online or in store. Andy was extremely patient, very friendly and customer service oriented, and kept pushing until he got the answers I needed with complete follow through on my inquiry -- and this again, in light of FYE Corporate's complete failure here. For this, Andy of FYE Meriden gets 5 stars!!! Great job Andy!!! --> --> (Andy, please try emailing the instructions on this to me again so I can keep a record for future reference if needed.) They had a great selection of avatar the last Airbender products which are hard to come by so def made my day going there and seeing so much of a show I love the most

Ask for the fye membership, its free. U get the discount.. Then, the cost for the membership is $12/month. But dw, cancel it on the samw day, go to the website, and go to ur acc and cancel membership.

Its not factored in ur bill.

Ill change this review if i do get scammed tho so dw. But thus far, ive been having a 10% discount for several months now.

Cool place to get some unique stuff like chopsticks music different odds and ends

Great place to find stuff that regular stores dont carry.Big Vinyl collection and turntables/needles and used cd/dvd collection. Also a lots of accessories for everything.One thing I dont bother with any more is their card offer with 3 magazine offers .No time to read them...

Still has quite a good selection of movies and music. Only wish they had a few more box sets and CDs.

Always a pleasant shopping experience here. I never leave empty handed because there is something here for everyone. Keep expanding your KPop section!

This store is awesome! Its got stuff other stores dont! Even if ur just looking stop on there I bet you will buy something! Co vid restrictions in place!! Definately a plus!!
