Michael Clardie was the sale person that sold me a 1970 Chevelle SS 454. I live in southern Michigan and have never bought a car that I have not seen. Michael work with me and I've never been treated as good by a salesperson as he treated me. He made me feel at ease. Also he promised me that the car would be delivered on a Saturday. His delivery companies that he uses could not do it, so he had his service manager load the vehicle up and put it in their enclosed trailer and brought it out to me. The car was everything that was described by him. This company goes the extra mile to make sure everything in that car is correct as advertised. They are like a fine oiled machine. Also I am 100% disabled vet and he did some stuff for me to thank me for my service and I really appreciate it that. If I could give him in this company more than five stars I would.

I just purchased a 57 Belair 4dr hard top and I just love it,it has a few unexpected issues but when I told Adam (owner) about the issues he listened and we came to a agreement and he stepped up and took care of the issues. Let me tell you when we put trust in a place buying on line it is nice when a issue comes up that they take care of business. Thank you Adam and Shawn great job!

My experience with Kinion Auto Sales back in September 2021. I had been looking online for a very specific 1969 GTO for quite a while, Liberty Blue, 4 speed Hurst on the floor.
There were very few available and the ones I found were either sold already or way out of my price range. The one I found on Kinion’s website fit the bill exactly with extras like the hood tachometer and rear spoiler. It was the best looking one I had seen, inside and out. From the many pictures available on their website, I could easily see the body and paint were beautiful as was the interior, engine compartment and undercarriage.
I made a call to inquire and Zack the salesman called me back within minutes. He is very personable and answered all my questions and sent me videos I requested of it running and a detailed walk around inside and out. During my online searching experience, I learned that all dealers selling classic cars sell them as is, no warranty expressed or implied. It is up to the buyer to inspect the vehicle before purchasing. Living in NJ made it impractical to drive or fly out to Iowa to do that and even though I considered hiring a franchise vehicle inspection company I decided against it due to mixed reviews.
I decided to take a leap of faith and made an offer based on Zack’s assurance that the car was in top shape as described. After Zack went back and forth with the owner Adam, we settled on a price and the purchase and delivery process began. Zack was always available to answer any questions and arranged the money wire process and setup the enclosed container delivery as was suggested to keep the car from getting any road damage during the transport.
Once the vehicle arrived, I was super excited to drive it after 40 plus years since the last time I drove one but unfortunately my first experience was not a good one. It would not shift from 2nd gear to third or fourth. I limped back home with it and being a Saturday I called Zack first thing Monday morning.
He was genuinely surprised to hear about this. I also informed him the blower motor was not working and the power steering was stuttering. He told me he was going to look into it and get back to me.
Less than 10 minutes later I received a call from Adam, the owner. He immediately stated he called to apologize and not to make excuses and this was not how he ran his business. He personally drove the car before it shipped and knew the clutch linkage had an issue and told his mechanic to adjust it and go over the car thoroughly before it shipped.
Being a business owner myself I fully understand having to put faith and trust in employees and the incredible frustrations when they let you down and don’t do what they’re told. He told me to take it to a service shop, get it repaired and he would reimburse me for those three issues and that is exactly what he did! He did not have to do anything as per the purchase agreement but taking ownership of my issues and admitting he know the car had an issue has really impressed me! Adam is a man of integrity and his word, and I very much appreciate his willingness to make things right! I’m sure after this incident he will not let this happen again.
It's easy to write positive reviews when everything goes right but for me it means much more when I can read a review that revels the true character of a business or person and in this instance, I hope I have done that to show the true integrity and spirit of Kinion Auto Sales and of Adam in particular!

With their unsurpassed customer service and six month warranty on Classic used cars this is the dealership to beat. Both Adam and Charlie spent time and resources to help find the right car for us. I highly recommend this dealership. They went above and beyond to take pictures and answer questions immediately through text to the point that we felt confident waiving an independent inspection. Honest and willing to help. We could not ask for more.

Just bought a 1940 Chevrolet Cabriolet from Adam and Curt, and it was a pain free process. They were very easy to deal with, and the transaction went as smooth as it could. They also arranged for the transport of the vehicle from Iowa to NJ and it arrived much sooner than expected. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended!
