Best company I ever worked for factory wise. I left and they were actually concerned about me. Went to another company they worked me and got rid of me like i was a piece of trash. They have been around for a long time for a reason whether ur a company or a worker I would recommend working or getting production from cast. They do things rite and they do things safely and have good staff. ( this is coming from someone who is nolonger working there anymore) the pay is not great but if you have a resume they will respect it.( I didn't have any experience when I started ) but I learned a lot n the 3 or 4 months I was there n was treated more than fairly. Thank you Tara. Contact Tara or PhiI i believe his name is. Tara is one he'll of a lady and she cares about her workers and will take care of you. My boss was chris caufman and i couldn't say anything but good things about him. He was my supervisor he was great. He was a real person n kept the crew in line and knew what was going on anything that broke down he could pretty much fix it. He didn't play sides he was a good person n took of care people treated them well and shot you straight. He was a good supervisor and didn't shoot around the bush. That's what u need in a supervisor. I would highly recommend working for this place as long as Tara hires you she will take care of you
