This was by the far the best Verizon store I’ve visited.

Jordan (Manager) went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, and even helped secure me a new phone when nothing was working.

If I could rate their customer service higher, I absolutely would.

Will be my go to Verizon store from here on out.

Marie and Nathan and Diane all helped me pick out a new phone, adjust our account and set me up. However, my Apple ID didn’t work and I was told I had to wait 13 days for my phone to be updated. Marie and Nathan called Apple Support and talked through it with their representative. He was able to help us and now everything works! They were awesome.

Very great teamwork that they all work together to figure out a problem you have with a device, Every employee has a smile on their face when helping you as well as when walking into the store. I love that that always try to give you the best deals, Jordan is especially very good at what he does with helping my grandma and helping her understand how to use an iPhone with being 86 years old and being very patient and helpful with her, All around the best place for all the assistance you need!

Marie was very helpful when we walked in she assisted us and even took the time to show us other features on my new Samsung S22. She was MARVELOUS

This is really just the best Verizon store. The manager Tyler is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Marie is very fun and kind! I recommend coming here for anything you need!

Great customer service. We worked with Kyle and he made sure that all of our questions were answered before we left. Also made sure that we knew what was all involved in each plan. He made the transfer process from one cell phone company to this one. It also was a fun process. 🙂

I don’t usually do reviews but wanted to let everyone know how great Sara was at this location. I had to move 2 business lines to my personal account. She not only made that easy but helped me pick a new plan that actually will save me money, even with adding these lines. Good to see customer service is still alive and well in Carroll IA!

We love Jordan at this Verizon!! He has been so helpful and patient with us as we switched mobile services. He accommodated any of our needs. We will always request him when we come back for any reason.

The representative spent a lot of time listening to my problems and solving them. They were able to fix my old phone and help me select a new one. I was very pleased with their service.

Nathan was awesome! He helped me get new phone all set up when my old phone decided not turn on anymore. He was very knowledgeable and so friendly!

Johnny and Marie were extremely helpful as we transfered a phone line from one account to another and upgraded phones and transferred all 6000+ photos to the new phone.

Marie took care of me today and she did a fantastic job on switching me back to a Samsung. She made me feel very welcome when I first walked in and all through the process.

Internet stick/puck battery went kaput. Only bought this stick/puck 14 months ago but we were told that we're on our own because it's "out of warranty". They also don't have a replacement battery. We were there when they opened at 11am and it was almost an hour to find out they can't/won't do anything to help us. Thanks a lot. Maybe it's time to add shop for a better provider.

I was going to rate 4 stars because many times there is a wait to be helped but when this is 1 of 2 stores for the whole town with lots of customers that is understandable. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any question that I had. Store is welcoming and kept neat/clean.
