Everything was handled quickly, through call or text (whichever I preferred) and fairly! They beat multiple competitors with their prices and delivered the truck over 2.5 hours away for free! A++++ experience, will return all my business here!

My wife and I were traveling back home from a trip and had car trouble by Charles City, Iowa late on Saturday afternoon. We limped in to Molstead Motors and talked with sales manager Daniel Carey. Daniel put us at ease and helped us with a rental car so we could get home for the weekend. Thank you so much for the help and treating complete strangers like old friends. What a great dealership in a small town.

It was the first service on my new Trailblazer and I was very impressed. They did an oil change and service, including rotating my tires while I waited. I was in an out a lot faster than I thought it would be. And I also got a free car wash as an added bonus.

Service manager Zach F. called me. He listened and helped me understand what happened. Without hesitation he refunded the charges. Anyone can make a mistake, but true character is stepping up and making it right. Thank you Zach for restoring my confidence.

The service department accidentally overcharged me on parts, they did tire rotation I did not authorize, and did not accurately file warranty claim. They are refunding the accidental part overcharge. I did attempt to work out the diagnostic charge with their service department, but ultimately, it’s my responsibility for not asking about undisclosed charges. I expected a bumper to bumper warranty to cover sensor lights diagnostics and learned that excess undisclosed diagnostic fees that dealerships impose are not covered by the warranty. Warranty covers any claims, but not unnecessary fees.
(Edit- service manager contacted me and completely remedied my concerns.)

Went in said I wanted my payments to be under a certain amount and this is the type of vehicle I want. Test drove the vehicle I wanted, and I drove off the lot with in a hour and a half.
