Sleep Inn & Suites

This is surprisingly a really great and friendly hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was pretty decent and service/staff was excellent.

I stay here often due to work, and management has been super accommodating and the team very friendly. Rooms are clean and safe.

The rooms were clean but the air conditioning was not good. It did not take the humidity out of the air which made it a bit unpleasant but tolerable. The service was outstanding because of Erin. She was amazing with our dogs and us very friendly and caring. She wanted to make our stay great and she did. I would recommend staying here.

We just travelled from San Diego to West Virginia and now we're headed back home and stayed here and it was the best hotel we've stayed in on our trip, highly recommend. The staff was nice, rooms were updated and very clean with a microwave, arm chair and comfy beds with extra pillows. Breakfast was so good, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, good coffee, etc. Our pet friendly room didn't smell like animals at all and the price was really reasonable.

Great experience at this hotel. Easily the best in its class that I’ve ever stayed and better than many that claim to be 4 stars. Clean, friendly, full breakfast, heated pool, fitness center (treadmill and pulley machine). Had a great one night stay here, I hope when we need a place to stay for the night next time we are lucky enough to find a hotel like this one. We ate dinner at the mexican restaurant up the road which was really good too.

A nice small town hotel just a couple minutes from downtown and river front parks including the white water course. Room was basic but cozy. Lots of HBO and cinemax channels on the TV. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very very friendly. Breakfast was on par with others like it: hot and continental options that are ok. Overall great stay.

We invaded this facility for a family wedding. Let me say that the staff was excellent! All out rooms were ready. As we celebrated, got ready for the wedding, and celebrated some more, the entire staff was patient and tolerant. Breakfast was very good and the coffee fresh. Room were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this facility for business, vacation, or family invasions.

Great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Kathy went out of her way to help me, she was great! Peggy, Carla,and Connie were great as well. Would love to stay here again.

Very nice, clean rooms. Great price. And the entire staff was excellent. They did everything to make sure our stay was a pleasant one!

Great customer service,the staff are nice,I say a big thank you for letting me film the hotel. Room 222 had a broken TV and no Mini Fridge. We were moved to room 220 which is a big improvement. I would stay here again. Stayed 11/24/21-11/25/21

My fiance and I were stranded late at night near Charles City when our car broke down. The staff at the Sleep Inn were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the microwave and mini fridge. The pool was a nice temp, and there were plenty of chairs. Breakfast was standard- eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. Staff let us check out late because our car still wasn't ready, and then let us hang out in the lobby. Overall, we were very happy to have found a nice place to stay during our unexpected stop, and we would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel rooms were clean, updated and had everything needed. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. It was definitely an unexpected surprise! The breakfast was also good with a nice amount of hot and cold items. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Delicious breakfast, nice hotel staff, we had the swimming pool to ourselves, beds comfy, rooms were clean. Great place to stay!

Stayed a night in November 2021. Facility was clean, check-in was simple and quick, folks were polite, and bed was comfy. Can't ask for much more! Breakfast offered, but we did not partake in it, so can't review on that.

Megan H. Did an exceptional job accommodating my Husband, my service dog, Stasiu and myself by getting us in a handicapped room, extra towel's and shampoo and was so kind and courteous when I asked for assistance using hotel lobby and wifi to get some paperwork done! She even went the extra mile and found some correction tape for mistake's I made on my paperwork!
The hotel was efficiently located right off the exit in Charles city, Iowa and Katie also did a phenomenal job as well getting us switched from a regular room to handicapped!
Megan H. was so helpful, courteous, kind and knowledgeable we will be back again and again! Megan H. is an asset to Sleep Inn and they are smart to employ such guest focused concierge staff!!!

Phenomenal hotel!! Clean as clean can be. Staff are always nice too. They have a few rooms to rent for events. A family member had her wedding reception in the ballroom and the price was just right and it was beautifully set up. Lots of tables and chairs!! 10/10

They were there on a treacherous night in Iowa. They had rooms when we needed one. They were really super helpful and nice. I would TOTALLY recommended this hotel in the Charles City Iowa area. Hands down bar none. Thank you guys for being there in our hour of need.

Exceptional cleanliness. Stayed two nights because of the great breakfasts!! Gorgeous rooms for the price. We got upgraded to a suite for free which is just slightly bigger with a couch. No matter which room you get, it has every amenity you could ask for free, is included with room rate. WiFi, coffee pot, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, locking safe...free toiletry items (no upcharge!) And Sunday they made eggs and french toast with the free breakfast. Being part of Choice hotels is a nice bonus for my points accumulation and the staff is friendly (especially Katy (with a "y" at the front desk! Every hotel should have a Katy!) After being told by some locals that this area is known to have bed bugs, I was happy to be referred here, and even happier that we chose this one! No bed bugs, nothing gross around this place at all!!! You would never know that you weren't in Times Square (until you look outside!) Highly recommend!

This hotel has very friendly staff and is well maintained. Its location just off the highway makes it convenient for anyone travelling through northern Iowa. The continental breakfast offers a variety of options. The room was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping does a great job of keeping the rooms clean.

Nice very clean hotel. Rates are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. The included breakfast is fantastic. Pet friendly as well.
