My appointment was really great -can't say the new method of taking x-rays is pleasant--sure change from 2 yrs ago!! Everybody that took care of me were great & appreciated Dr. Addison's opinions so much. Very helpful.

Very nice people! Good Doctor! Beautiful place! The only thing i didn't like was they informed me that my next visit would have to be out of pocket. Due to not taking my insurance anymore because they haven't seen me for a year. It sucks hearing that because i'm not made of money. They helped me set up a payment plan and will work with you.

All the staff of this dental clinic are really professional and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and confident that you are in right hands. They are good but the bill is not something to discuss. The Central Bank of America will need to help you offset in most costs.

This place is amazing. The whole entire team is very professional, friendly, and up to date on the latest technologies, for both required procedures like fillings as well as cosmetic fixes. They really want you to love your teeth! I cant recommend them enough.

Dr. Addison sincerely cares about her patients! She takes time for explanations and follows up to ensure complete satisfaction. The Hygienist that cleaned my teeth was awesome.

I am 100% impressed with the staff! They were so beyond friendly. I am so far from home and had a dental emergency, they were so welcoming and helpful. They got me in the same day, not many places would do that! I recommend them to everyone!!

I had a bad tooth that needed to come out & it was done with no pain while being pulled or later at home! Everything was explained before the procedure & they made me feel comfortable during the extraction!

The employees are helpful and friendly. It puts a person at ease when you are there, which can be a little stressful at times, depending on the reason you are there.

The dental hygienist Meghan was absolutely amazing and very caring. Dr Addison Faldet was very informative and very bubbly and easy going.

My experience here has been fantastic every time I go! Like a lot of people, I get nervous at the dentist, but Addison and Reed, along with all of the staff, have made every appointment the best experiences possible. They talk you through everything they do, and are so comforting. They use very current technology which helps in making you more comfortable, and makes your appointments a breeze. Dr. Reed and Dr. Addison along with all the staff at Hometown Dental are wonderful. Our entire family has had incredible care from the team there. They always take plenty of time and explain every procedure completely. Also the staff has been wonderful with insurance questions. Incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend Hometown Dental to anyone of any age. We especially enjoyed their newly decorated office space. It’s a contemporary, attractive, relaxing, and inviting environment.

Dr. Reed, Dr. Addison, and the entire staff in both New Hampton and Charles City exceeded our expectations. They truly care for the whole patient and what is the best treatment plan for each person. Upon our first visit, we were made to feel as if they had been our dentists forever! Be reassured that you will love going to the dentist after you choose Hometown Dental!

Sally was who worked on my teeth today and I can honestly say she made my experience one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had a bad experience with a dentist years ago which lead me to this office and have had severe anxiety going back ever since and today Sally literally was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the WHOLE time. I usually feel tenderness even after being as numb as possible. Today I felt nothing. Numbness wore off and surprisingly I'm not sore at all. Very satisfied. Unfortunately she doesn't usually work in this clinic but I hope to see her again. Overall though, Hometown Dental is a wonder office. Everybody there is so nice and welcoming. No complaints 👌
