AT&T Store

I had to wait quite a bit as Naomi was helping 2 very nice gentlemen when I got there. She was by herself and was giving her customers the best care she was able to. She checked in w me several times to tell me she was doing her best and I was not upset. It only her a small amount of time to set my new phone up, but she was very apologetic and I totally relate to working solo. She was AWESOME ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Great customer service helping me fix a SIM card failing. Cooper quickly solved the problem and was a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this store.

Staff was very helpful and patient, although we couldn't justify paying as much as AT&T wants us to for new phones. A $30 connection fee for 4 phone lines is ridiculous. We're just going to buy unlocked phones off amazon. The staff was fantastic though.

Neomi quickly greeted us as we walked in to upgrade our phones. Which was a quick process, until the phones weren't syncing with the network. She worked hard with phone technical support to get our issues fixed.

Whatever she gets paid, it's not enough. An absolute asset to the AT&T store.

I had to replace a phone while out on the road. There was no close at&t store. When I got to Atchison I stopped by the store there.
The two young ladies were very helpful in getting my new phone activated. Very little wait time. Maybe 10 minutes tops. I highly recommend using this store.

The associates gave 1st class service to all of her customers. I'd wait twice as long as I did to be treated the way I had verses being rushed.like been diagnosed with some rare flesh eating bacteria as your competitors do. Your employees are very hard working dedicated individuals that need to be acknowledged to their superiors. I've been a customer for close to 10 years and I've had issues with my service from time to time, but with the help of your knowledgeable staff and world class treatment I've never been dissatisfied as a customer. I just wish the DMV would be like that too. Thank you to the employees at the Atchison, Kansas store.

Nice, clean store. Lee is very helpful and knowledgeable. They had what I wanted and for a decent price. Service is good. No dropped calls or missed texts. It's worth it.

I'm considering an iphone 7 and ipad purchase. I went in the other night because it's the only place locally that I could think of that would have both to try.

The staff was professional and helpful. When I told them I wasn't interested in buying or upgrading directly at the moment, I didn't have anyone try to push me into a different decision. The one gentleman that originally approached me was available for any questions I might have and wished me well when I left.

The store is clean, well organized, and well kept. There were no issues with broken or missing devices. I was also impressed with a conversation I overheard between one of the staff members and a couple he was serving. They clearly didn't know much about cell phones, cell phone plans, or their options. Instead of pushing the most expensive item on them, he steered them towards the best phone for their needs. Bravo, that's the kind of service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back. It's also extremely rare in my experience with cell phone shopping.

If I didn't hate AT&T corporate service so much, I would highly consider switching my cell phone service back over to their company purely based on my experience at this store.

I'm not AT&T's biggest fan for various reasons, but I am a HUGE fan of the Atchison AT&T staff and process to get to them. Coming from a large city, you would not even be acknowledged if you didn't have a pre-arranged appointment at the store. This irritates me to no end because to my knowledge, no other retail brick and mortar store requires you to have an appointment, that in OKC is verified at door, before you can even come in.

Here, it's VERY personal, very welcoming and the staff goes out of their way to serve you which is a refreshing experience with AT&T. They sell a great product, but if all of their locations could operate at the same level of service as this location, there really wouldn't be a need for any other phone service in my opinion.

They are great help but can't fix outside problem. If I needed help I would have no way. They need to get this tower fixed ASAP
