I honestly only go Friday mornings before my hr long trip to work and the food is excellent at 645am! It's hit and miss on how busy they are however they have improved on the wait time.

Always a quick visit. We were traveling and the staff was friendly and helpful with directions

Becky and I had the best dinner at the Atchison McDonald's tonight. The food was fresh and HOT!

One server, Kai, stood out to us with his friendly, upbeat and service-driven attitude.

Please give the guy who ran the window by himself Friday night a raise! He was amazing and... very kind.

Need 55 burgers at a certain time, called ahead. They were ready and bagged when I got there. Staff was doing a wonderful job at pumping out orders with a full lobby and drive-thru. Was extremely impressed, especially with manager Brooke, who was very friendly and professional. Lobby was clean, cashier was quick, everyone was working hard. Well done, Atchison McDonald’s!

There was an impossibly long line in both drive thru lines so we finally parked and went inside to order. We still had to wait quite a while to get our order but their work crew was phenomenal! They kept their cool, were polite and pleasant while working at such a fast pace. Order was filled correctly, well done morning shift!

I always have consistently good service here. The employees are friendly, welcoming, and my orders are almost never incorrect. I don't know what other people are talking about. If you don't like their food, stop going here, and stop blaming the employees and management who provide us with a clean restaurant and good service. I can always count on a friendly smile and good service when I pull up.

This store in Atchison was amazing. Clean and tidy for sure. The best part, we ordered and we're getting drinks when they were bringing our food out!!!! NO WAIT TIME!!! Best service I have ever received at a McDonald's. Not only that, but the food was hot and delicious!!

At mcds in Atchison sunday June 5th. People were pleasent but ordered 2 mcChickens.,at 10 pm and had to pull around and ....45 minutes to get them. Everyone before us and after were getting their orders. Everything else was great.

I've been wanting to review this McDonald's for awhile, but I keep putting it off because it feels weird giving a McDonald's five stars. This McDonald's is a great McDonald's. The staff is much more professional than I've come to expect at other locations, and that seems to lead to other good qualities.

Fastest drive through ever! Order was fresh and correct. Courtois service too! I will be back next time I come to town, for the fastest breakfast in the Heartland!

As long as far bk as early 20__ they've had good service an good people working there. I'm not here often but it's 1 mcd.s I recommend. If u want 2 get in an out or just sit bk an relax

Had problems with the kiosks Roman at the counter was very helpful and got me through the process.

I do curbside here frequently. They are usually prompt, unless the drive thru is full. Food is as good as McDonald's can be except breakfast.
They always have hard biscuits.

Things have really turned around good fresh food and friendly staff. Just can't eat there as much because of prices 😕
