Ordered Matching PJs for the 6th time this year. Had to ship to different locations this year due to COVID but we all will have matching PJs again. Would give 5 stars but their Promo codes are few & far in between, shipping is pricey. Also sometimes the Promo codes don't work so you have to call in. I have had great customer service & we all are happy with the quality. I wish they were a little cheaper though that is why a Promo code is a must.
My family enjoys the new tradition... 6 years & counting.

I placed two orders on 11 December, granted late in the evening so I didn't expect processing until 12 December. I paid for expedited shipping (1 - 3 business days) for the first as I wanted the pajamas in hand well before Christmas. I placed a separate order for a Christmas present at the same time, but with standard (2 - 7 business days) and not expedited shipping so it would arrive before Christmas just in time to be wrapped and put under the tree.

On 20 December, 6 business days after 12 December, when my order was placed, the second standard shipping package arrived (supposedly, UPS confirmed it but I haven't seen it yet). The expedited shipment is still not in hand.

I checked the PajamaGram website and neither order shows up in my Order History there. I contacted customer service via Chat and was first connected with Bob. He provided me with a UPS tracking number for the standard shipping package and a FedEx number for the "expedited" package. He agreed to submit a refund request for the $8 premium I paid for expedited shipping, and stated FedEx showed the package would be delivered by 22 December - 7 business days and 3 weekend days after the order was placed. Before I was able to verify either of the tracking numbers, Bob disconnected our Chat session.

The UPS one checked out and showed delivered today, though I am not at home, and I attempted to verify the FedEx one. Except Fedex didn't have that tracking number in their system at all. I reconnected with customer service via Chat and got Jessica this time. She provided me with a different FedEx number that was in their system.

-Not getting my expedited package on time (-3 stars).
-Only offering me a refund for the expedited shipping difference is the absolute minimum they had to do, particularly since my standard shipped package is already at my door. (+1 star; additional compensation would have earned back an additional star - for instance, refund for all shipping or coupon for next purchase).
-For an E-Commerce business, not having an accurate history of my orders in my account with shipping information is a problem (-1 star).

I probably will not purchase anything from this company again.

I used to love the high quality pajamas from here. However, we did the “mystery box” and these are terrible. They smell awful, are super thin, and have threads all over. The colors look like they threw together some left over fabric and something my grandma would wear. I don’t think I’ll be buying any pajamas this season from them! The quality has gone down hill significantly.

If I could give negative 5 stars that would not be enough. Would never recommend anyone do business with PajamaGram! Here are the multiple reasons why: Paid extra to receive a package on time and it never came. Their website takes your money and then tells you the item you ordered is out of stock but only after they have your money. Customer service promises to correct issues but does not deliver on anything they say, do not believe them! Customer service reps are rude, disconnect you in the middle of your call so you have to start all over again when you call back, Customer service pretends they cannot hear you when you ask to speak to a manager. You will wait a very long time to receive your money back when you return items...we are still waiting. Orders show up with items missing from the box, although the packing slip will say it is in the box...Good luck getting that straightened out! It seems as if they purposely practice deceptive business practices as illustrated above.
A lot of aggravation for very expensive pajamas!

Horrible experience with my return. They advertise on their website that returns are easy and hassle free. That is false! You cannot get your refund from your return, and they cannot track your package even though they create the label and charge you for it. I followed THEIR return instructions and returned the item unused within a week, and they claim they haven't received it after a month has passed. It appears this is their business model. I have now seen the google reviews and they are bad. I wish we had seen them before ordering because I would never order from a company with a 2.8 Google review and a pattern of dishonest behavior, like returns not being processed!

I wished I would have checked reviews before purchasing. Terrible experience. Paid $100 for a set that didn't fit well for my wife and after a horrible return process. (no tracking, no information, no timeline) I was refunded only a portion of my purchase.

Do not buy from this company.
