Taco Tico

Took my children to my childhood favorite place to eat growing up there in Ark City. Best tacos ever! It was a family staple! I had to give my children the same experience. The only thing that seemed to change was the sign!!!! It was a big hit with the kids!!!!

Staff has bad attitudes and acts like it's going to kill them to take your order. They are also always out of something, meat, cheese, bread... Ridiculous. But when you can get food it is awesome.

Sep 15th I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE GIVEING TACO TICO A 5 STAR LIKE THIS BUT IAM I hope this is the new start to great food it's mind blowing so put together and perfect chips still crunchy everything was perfect.

The service was fast and pleasant and the food came out as ordered and hot. Be realistic about it being a fast food joint and I think it'd be a win in the "quick & cheap" food department. The place is a little old and could use a little maintenance for sure but again, cheap/fast food.

This is the cleanest Taco Tico I have ever been to. The manager wasn't very friendly. She had a very bad attitude but the food was fresh and served quickly. Fair prices.

Haven't been to an authentic Taco Tico since I was a teenager. Oh my goodness, it was so good!

We made a day trip from Oklahoma City to Ark City just to have lunch at Taco Tico. Our meal was very delicious and service was great. It’s been a long time that we had eaten at a Taco Tico and we are glad we made the trip. We will plan another trip soon. 👍

No frills fast food restaurant which continues to serve fresh, hot, and tasty dishes. Nothing fancy, but my orders are always correct and the service excellent.

This Taco Tico has improved tremendously since I had been there last. Tacos actually had a good amount of meat in it. Food was hot! I don't think I've ever had Taco Tico food be hot. It was delicious! Enjoyed it very much!

Taco Tico was a mind blowing experience. I walked in thinking oh just another taco place. But no, my life changed that day. I have a new outlook on life. Food was better than expected. Will go back, if I ever go back to Arkansas City, KS.

Food is fresh and made with love. Staff is phenomenal since they've had a change in management. The employees here are very hard workers and know how to make their customers feel at home.

This place is always good! Gotta be ready for good food coming here!

Over 30 years ago I frequented this chain when they had a location in Emporia. Up until the day it closed I would often choose this as a quick and economical lunch option. I hadn't eaten at a Taco Tico since my 20's and to stop here was pure nostalgia. Still the same as I recall and still economical. Give it a shot if your ever in an area that has one.

Ordering is easy, checkout is speedy, this Saturday morning's staff members are friendly and competent, and they're always happy to feed the hungry ER nurses from Winfield! Thank you, Ark City Taco Tico team!

Fun place, good food, good prices

Greatest thing to see in Arkansas City! I'm from Topeka and came here for work and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. Needless to say, I destroyed a 10 pack of soft tacos and they were amazing!

Enchilada was good. Taco burger was great. They were short staffed, but still got the order in a timely fashion.

Came through town to try it out and it was fantastic. The service is great, the food is amazing, and you can’t beat the prices with a stick!
