I love this liquor store. For a small building they have a large selection. And the ladies working in there are absolutely wonderful.

Very well stocked and organized. They have a lot of stock and their prices are very good.

There is a lack of communication among employees and poor customer care. I paid for a pack of expired beer and called in to make a complaint. I was told to come back in with the product and they would make it right but apparently someone did not get the memo because upon arrival instead of exchanging the product or refunding me I was verbally attacked by an employee. She seriously tried to convince me that beer is still good past it’s expiration date. I did leave with my money back however, but also with a bad taste in my mouth. Both from their beer stock and lack of knowledge that the customer’s always right.

Update: The owner of this store called me and made things right. I really appreciated the gesture and I will be going back.

Well organized, good location, and very well stocked. Friendly and helpful people, very popular and somewhat constricted when crowded. Great number of choices. Easy in and out. Larger inside than it looks like from the street.

They are always so nice in there and knowing us he always keeps us well stock just in case he sell out he has ours set back . You just got to love someone who goes out of his way to please

DiVall's is my neighborhood liquor store. The moment I step into the door I'm recognized and treated like family. The ladies that work there are warm and friendly to everyone.

I stopped by here on one of my shopping trips to the big city. It is small on the outside but VERY stocked. They are basically wall to wall and floor to ceiling plus many refrigerators. They have a wide selection of wines, liquors, and craft and international beers. I picked up a 12 pack of Shiner Bock for about 14 dollars.
While I was there I noticed something odd. I saw a 5 pack of I think Copperhead, and asked if they have a build-your-own six pack thing going on. The cashier told me no, someone probably just swiped it.

The people here are awesome and they have the best selection in town. This is seriously the only liquor store in Arkansas City worth visiting!
