This review is to address the complaint below written by Lori Aikins. The review listed below is completely fabricated. First of all, I am a regular shopper here at Hibbetts and have not once ever had any issues with the service by any of the employees. Second, there were other people in the store, including myself, that can attest that Ms. Aikins was in fact the one causing the disruption. She asked for information about a brand new shoe that the store employees didn’t seem to have, so instead of moving on or even researching the information she needed online, she chose to harass the employees working there and make up false statements online claiming she is the victim. There was no one that “got her in face”. And only after her completely rude and privileged behavior did the employee state that she could go to the other store down the street if she was dissatisfied.

So I’m sorry that she chose to complain about this in a public forum to make it out like she was the victim in this situation. When actually she went into this store like every other KAREN, looking to start and argument with a service employee. People like this are the problem. Service employees get so much hate and criticism from disrespectful customers just like this.

I had a great visit the ladys in there that day went above and beyond to help me fix a problem with a jerseys that was bought to big and after searching for what seemed forever the Assistant manager Jessica was successful at getting it taken care of thanks ladys it saved my bacon
