Jack in the Box

I don’t often leave reviews of fast food places, especially chains because I usually get the service and quality that I expect of a fast food restaurant. That being said, I ordered online for a quick lunch at this location and was so impressed with the woman who handed me my food. When she handed me my food, she said “ I am so glad I got to meet you today, have a great day.” That experience has stuck with me for days now. Whoever you are, just know that the experience you gave me was the best in any fast food establishment I’ve ever had.

I went for the greasy crunchy tacos with the low price. I got what I was craving. The line was a little long but the wait had me thinking about leaving.
At the end I am glad I went to get my greasy crunchy tacos 🌮 😋

Manager was very professional. Love the atmosphere. Customer service was so great! Very attentive, communication is clear, place is clean, etc. Food is good 👍🏼 will eat here again. Manager left a good impression.

The gamut working. Nights is always kind efficient great customer service hard to find good people today who service the public. Keep up the good service oh if your in a down mood he sure can make you laugh food fresh hot

Here’s the thing about Jack in the box that people don’t pay attention to, it is 24 hours. This is the best thing ever for when I was on Night Shift. I wanted a burger on the way home, and I went to Jack-in-the-Box. it was the best experience of my entire life. Hands down would eat a burger here again.

Also, don’t get me started on the curly fries with cheese. I’m serious…don’t even get me started. Wow. It’s a fry and it curls? You put cheese on it?!? Wow.

On June 5th, 2023, I had the pleasure of going through the drive-thru at Jack in the Box, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I pulled up to the window, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was taken promptly and accurately.

I couldn't resist trying some of their renowned offerings. The large curly fries were simply irresistible, perfectly seasoned and piping hot. The tiny tacos, with their flavorful fillings and crispy shells, were a delightful treat. To quench my thirst, I opted for a root beer with no ice, which was served chilled and refreshing.

Despite the convenience of the drive-thru, the quality of the food remained exceptional. Each bite was a burst of flavor and satisfaction. The staff efficiently handled my order, ensuring that everything was included and well-packaged.

My overall experience at Jack in the Box through the drive-thru was superb. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff, combined with the delicious food, made it a memorable visit. Based on this experience, I enthusiastically give Jack in the Box a perfect 10/10 and an unequivocal A+. They truly know how to deliver both convenience and quality.

I highly recommend Jack in the Box to anyone craving a delicious meal served with a side of exceptional customer service, whether dining in or going through the drive-thru. They consistently exceed expectations and provide a delightful fast-food experience.

Still excellent night crew with good food. In the area start here. 3 out of 3 puppers + 1 human say their fries are best.

Update2: a few more late-nite runs. Fries greatly to vastly improved - nice crispy fries (some were clearly just out of the oil, others didn't feel "out-of-the-frier" fresh but very well maintained. No notes.) Always pretty quick. Downside is now puppers bug me to go on "late-nite car rides for Window Food" :D

Plus my kid is still fondly impressed that one time an employee told them about the "kids secret menu" where they could order a grilled cheese sandwich meal :D.

Update: went thru for late-night fries craving. Fries were tepid, and *still* better than arches across the street. Were friendly to puppers riding along (they LOVE YOU ALAN!). Need to work on flow and "we're open" during the day (COVID confusion), but excited to see what they have next time I'm in the area for lunch.

Decent fast-food place. Lot of variety on the menu, food quality ok or better. Drive thru is fairly slow.

Pleasant and welcoming staff. Service was good and fast. Place is clean.

Once again, this location stands tall, especially compared to the other nearby one. Order was executed precisely as requested, service was incredibly friendly and professional, very happy customers today!

The food quality was standard jackin the box fare but delicious. The staff is super nice and professional. Would drive way outta my way to go to this location. Props to Harley for being kickass.

Jack in the Box always is sooooo good! We don’t have one where I’m from and every time we are in the area, we swing by. They always have fresh food, and take great care of us! They have the best egg rolls, hands down! Definitely come try it out if you haven’t yet, you won’t forget it! I love how you can get a burger, egg rolls, and tacos all in the same place!

Quick and amazing as per usual

Wonderful service. Everyone had masks on. Was told at mic that shake machine was being worked on so might not get that and to ask at window. I figured it wasn't fixed in the 5 minutes I waited to get to window and didn't ask. Turns out it was fixed and ready for me already. Instead of running my card a second time they just gave the shake to me since it was made. Fries and chicken sandwich were great too.

Good experience. Heather takes a persons order and delivers it with a smile. She has a pretty smile that should brighten anyone’s day and the food was very good.

Best Milkshakes! We always get the Oreo Milkshake.

They are understaffed but doing what they can. Show them mercy and grace, they need it to.
