They are a model for how a company should be run. Kyle, Maxx, and Ute were amazing to work with. The three young men that did the installation were great, they paid attention to detail and were very friendly. I had a completely positive experience with them and we love our new carpets!

We had LVT installed to replace damaged hardwood floor in our kitchen. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! I love the look and that it is quiet when you walk on it. Couldn't be happier! Maxx was great to work with and did everything he could to expedite the process!

Kyle and Chris were incredible! We have had a real crazy renovation journey and our original tile people bailed on us at the last minute. We were able to get Floor Coverings International to step in and do the work for us, and it was a god send. Of all the contractors we worked with, they were the only ones I would say were reliable, communicative, speedy and professional. They did our floor and back splash, both of which look great, but the best part is two walls they did with brick tiles to create an authentic exposed brick look. We have received so many complements on it. Would definitely use them for any future tile projects!

We are so happy to have discovered Floor Coverings International! In an age where customer service is too often an afterthought, Kyle and the team really stand out. They were great to work with through the entire process -- from selecting our wood flooring to getting it installed. And the installation team, led by Chris and Nate, was simply outstanding. They did an excellent job, communicated well, cleaned meticulously at the end of each day, and even finished ahead of schedule. Going forward, we will use them for all future flooring needs.

The folks at FCI were super at every step. Ute helped us select flooring and showed how different colors worked with our cabinets. After we ordered LVP flooring and it was delivered to FCI for pickup, Jeff was amazing. He grinned and told me that our order was not going to fit in my car - and then he graciously delivered it for us the same day!! Amazing. These folks are great!

I was very pleased with the flooring installation in my home. I needed part of a floor replaced in front of an outside door that had been damaged by water. The tile color replacement is just as I envisioned, the workers were professional and pleasant to have in my home. I thank them very much.

Nate is a seasoned artisan who takes pride in his work, and we felt very lucky to have them for our flooring. We initially thought we would only do part of our house, but after seeing their work, we decided to do the whole house.

They are also very conscientious and detail-oriented, patiently listening to and accommodating all our needs.

If anyone is looking to redo their flooring, don't look further—Flooring Coverings International is top-notch, and yet they are so reasonable in their budget! I also wholeheartedly recommend Nate, Devon, and Naree for their amazing work; they were just delightful to work with. We almost felt sad that the work is over!

Great service! Kyle ordered flooring for us that they didn't even carry and did the install. We had a transition piece issue between our doorjam and kitchen floor and his team fixed it for us, no problem. Chris and Lyle were the installers and they were awesome! Very professional and helpful. Fixed a couple unglued-pieces around the house and let me try some of their solvent products before I bought it.

WOW,WOW. When i called Floor Coverings International to see about having hardwood floors installed in 4 large rooms I had no idea of what would look the best. After talking with the store manager, Kyle, he helped me see the big picture and I was able to use the website to see the flooring in my rooms. When the crew arrived to start the install I again was amazed at the team work, the attention to detail and that the crew cleaned up each night and were extremely professional and included me in all the decisions while the project was in progress. They ripped up the old carpet and prepared the floors to start the hardwood install within two days. This remodel was on 4 rooms that had not been remodeled in 40 years. They finished the project on time and exactly as the quote stated. The end results are stunning, spectacular, and I am so very happy with the results. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with everyone. From the moment I was greeted to picking up my order at the warehouse, the staff was attentive, helpful, not pushy in any way, did not try to force an upsell on me, and provided me with clear information around what I needed. I highly recommend using them.

We had Floor Coverings International install a natural wood maple floor on our 2nd floor and stairs a few years ago. We were so happy with the results that we had them continue the work the following year when we were renovating our first floor. Both the wood and the workmanship were of high quality and came in at a price we could afford. They still look as beautiful as the day they were installed and we are looking forward to many years of enjoyment with these floors. We were especially pleased with the level of detail paid to all the finishing touches such as the trim work. It was clear that the installers were highly skilled and took pride in their workmanship. Now we are preparing to renovate our bathroom and we have returned to Floor Coverings International for the tile-work. They have been very helpful in walking us through our many options and demonstrating how the final product will look and function. We would not be moving forward with managing this project on our own without Floor Coverings International to guide us...and again, at a price we can afford. We definitely recommend checking out their showroom and talking with their staff when embarking on a flooring project!

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. I had the SHCoretec Antique Marble flooring installed in my sunroom. They moved my furniture, removed my old carpet and installed the new flooring. They did quality work quickly and efficiently. My family and I are very happy.
