The Yellow Deli Warsaw

If you're looking for a great place to eat and relax, you can't go wrong with The Yellow Deli in warsaw. The food was great and very filling. The service was some of the best I've seen in quite some time. It's very worth a stop if you're in the Warsaw landing area

The owner of this restaurant shows his passion all over the place. Excellent food, service and decoration. I had Mongo mate, Bristol bay sandwich. They were superb！have to leave my very first restaurant review my whole life ever.

This was the best restaurant I've visited in the Warsaw area. Everyone was so nice. It was like a tag team service system. The food was great. I especially liked the country ranch sandwich. The cheesecake was a homemade recipe which was so creamy. They seem to try to take the healthiest edge for every plate. Such a beautiful building. I even learned of its unique history. Definitely a must visit!

We decided to try this place on our way home from the lake and my GOODNESS we had a wonderful experience here. The staff were all friendly and informative, the atmosphere and vibes were super quiant and beautiful. The food... THE FOOD! So delicious! We had The New Yorker, Deli Rose, and Salmon Chowder soup. There was bread that came out with the soup that was also incredible.
Overall, this was a great experience. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

This place is one of my absolute favorites! I fell in love immediately with the charming yellow building, but even more so once I stepped inside. The vibe is so peaceful & welcoming.

Establishment is quite large with extra seating upstairs as well as out back with a view of the river.

Staff was friendly and super helpful right from the start.

They offered samples on their drinks, and the samples were actually large enough to get a good taste. The mango mate was divine! We enjoyed the regular black tea so much that we stopped by their little shop next door, and purchased some to take home.

Food was phenomenal! We had the Country Ranch Sandwich with chips & The Bristol Bay Sandwich with veggie bowl. We left very full and very satisfied.

We don't live locally, we are actually about 2 hours away. I wouldn't hesitate at all to make a trip back to Warsaw just to visit The Yellow Deli again. Definitely recommended.

Very historic stage coach stop along the Butterfield Trail from Tipton Mo to California. The interior is beautifully done in an antique quaint style. Food is awesome! Nice family friendly cafe

We didnt know what to expect for our stop in for our first time. We were very impressed by the appearance. The service was excellent and so friendly. We all three loved our dinners and we look forward to visiting them soon and often. Breakfast sounds good and love the open hours for us late fishermen. Unlike some of the other establishments, this place has plenty of seating, not cramped and very clean.

THE best food spot in Warsaw! With a warm, relaxing environment, warm, welcoming staff, and delicious, phenomenal food, coming here is always pure joy. Also, they have the best root beer, and you can buy it in their gift shop. By the way, I recommend the Country Ranch sandwich with their chips and the root beer on tap.

One of the better hot sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I got the country ranch sandwich and it was fantastic. Girlfriend got salmon chowder and was pleased with it as well.
This restaurant definitely steps back in time with the vibes and music.

Everytime my family comes to Warsaw we make it to Yellow Deli. The service is great. The atmosphere is down to earth with polished wood in every direction. The menu is not overwhelming and the meals are large enough for an adult to eat comfortably. There are treats and trinkets to by and free calendars if you are there at the right time. The hours are perfect and if you are a chatty person the staff are extremely welcoming.

The sandwiches are fantastic. I also had lentil soup which was very good. They also have a patio that overlooks the Lake. I will definitely go again!

The meal was amazing. Homemade potato soup and a small chef salad. My entrée was a ruben on light rye bread with home made potato chips. Beautifully presented. First time I've ever wanted to take a picture of my food. Atmosphere was quiet and the restaurant itself was awesome to look at. I will absolutely be going back.

Very unique dinning experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed. The is multi level seating as well as outdoor on the water seating. It is somewhere that is worth making a trip to eat at.

I love everything about this place. High-quality, casual food for decent prices. Sandwiches are delish made with homemade bread. The atmosphere is lovely with handcrafted woodwork and art. The servers are all lovely and accommodating. There is a small store attached with it that's also fun. Many different soap type items, lotions, herbal tinctures, and other things to look at or purchase. I've been here at least 6 times and hope to visit again. Definitely stop in tbis place. You won't regret it.

Relaxing environment, with welcoming and pleasant staff. Every thing we ordered was delicious and exceeded our expectations. I encourage everyone who is in the area, to stop by The Yellow Deli and experience it for yourself. After a long tiring day the meal, drink and dessert I ordered helped put me in such a great relaxed mood that it brightened my spirits; so much so, I made sure to swing by that next morning to ensure a great start to a new day before leaving town.

Such wonderful homemade food. The fruit plate, cup of homemade soup, slice of whole wheat sour dough bread topped off with sharing a sweet roll with my sweetie were fabulous. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich that I got a couple bites of, and it was also very good. The atmosphere is so peaceful and unique. The people who staff the deli are caring, attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my iced mango maté drink and bought some to make at home. Will definitely return when we come to Warsaw again.

This place is ALWAYS amazing! The food is so great! Everytime I go, its just so peaceful and serene there. The food is consistantly the same and delightfully wonderful. Every bite! Very much a treat to go to Common Ground and enjoy to sit in the back because the peaceful view of Truman Lake sits right behind. The decor and seating was all handmade as well as all the food is homemade. A nice touch and step away from the norm we see everyday! The people are so nice.

Better than ever! Just reopened again Oct 3rd and offering a Sandwich called Bristol Bay that I highly recommend 👌 so flavorful and fresh!!

We visited Yellow Deli on a Friday during the lunch hour and we were not disappointed by the quality, taste and freshness of our meal, or the service. They serve primarily sandwiches, salads, and soups but the variety is still varied enough to please any palate. The bread they use for the sandwiches us amazing! And the Heritage roll was a huge hit with my daughter who claims they have the best grilled cheese ever! Between the homemade bread and freshness of all their ingredients I would not hesitate to recommend this "yellow" gem in Warsaw.

If I could give this place 100 star I would!

Drove 2 hours just to try the food and it was all worth it!
The staff is so kind and welcoming, the food is AMAZING (best veggie burger I’ve ever had) and their papaya juice is delicious
Overall amazing experience and will definitely be eating there again!
