Always coming here to buy supplies for my little projects.. my last project I built a barn door.. never really had a bad experience but they no longer offer veterans discounts on lumber and some items which is disappointing..

Very nice today... not super busy and there were plenty of employees on hand to help out if you need assistance... plus they are giving away FREE Hot Chocolate and Cookies when you walk in...

Honestly, I don't have any bad feedback on Lowes. They most always have what I'm looking for & there's usually a associate close by if you need help with anything. It's always good when I come here & I like that a lot.

Lowe's is a proud supporter of all veterans and service men and woman. . Their support makes them stand out from all the other home improvement stores alike. For the respect they give to the members of our Armed Forces I salute them and choose them for my first choice home improvement store. Plus they have great prices, great selection of hardware, tools, paint, lumber, fans, lights, etc. They have everything you need to take on any and all construction tasks.

Good place to deep fry your turkey since they have everything in stock. Sometimes I throw the turkey in the pellet smoker to finish it off.

I fell short on getting a review in on time of the survey ctiteria however still wanted to say thank you to galyle and Kat I'm hoping I have both these ladies names right. Me and a friend went to get a few plants and both ladies were extremely helpful and kind. We just don't have this anymore. I asked others two times to help to no avail but Gayle and Kat when above and beyond to make up for it. Thank you ladies for that it's definitely worth the drive in for customer service like you gave us.

Needed to purchase exterior stain and the lady that helped us was friendly and very helpful mixing the color we wanted. Also, the cashier helped with self checkout giving veteran discount and gift card redemption. She also thanked my husband for his military service.

We purchased a new stove and dishwasher yesterday. The department seemed short staffed until Megan from cabinets came over to help us! She was very pleasant and helpful. Customer service was fantastic with her and such a pleasing personality! This girl needs a raise!!!!!

San was the best associate I’ve ever had she went above and beyond to help me get the most savings possible! Very fun to deal with great spirit. Also the manager was extremely professional and helpful in paint dept. she actually mixed our paint for us . Pretty great experience overall!

Been to the store many times everyone is always ready to help you locate what your looking for. Return exchange fast and friendly.

This is the most friendly and helpful Lowe's I have been to. This is why I will drive the extra miles to shop here. Monett Mo store is a lot better than going to Rogers AR store. Everytime I go to Monett they are always ready to help

Great place to work and go to, you have to hear a bunch of rude customers constantly complain about everything from the self check-outs to items in-stock, even though it's completely out of the employees' hands, though. Love it when I see adult customers in the store haven't grown out of their child-like whining. Thanks to all the employees though! Never had any issues with them.

Shelly was very helpful on getting our washer & dryer..She also was very helpful when we got new blinds & she cut. She goes well beyond! Works @ Lowes in Monett.

Friendly employees. Always someone nearby to assist you if needed. Store was clean. Just wish there was a closer store. I guess that's just life out in the country.

We were looking for tomato cages square ones and they were the only one in Southwest Missouri that had any left. So not being familiar with this Lowe's I asked the gentleman where were the tomato cages at square ones he said all our tomato cages are outside. So we went back outside and looked at the tomato cages and they had no square ones so I went back and talk to Gail was very helpful she's at all or something right here in the back about 10 ft away from where I asked where they were I told her I needed 18 of them she said oh I'll have to get them off the rack and her and Cora started the safety routine of blocking everything off went and got the forklift and got him down for us they were very helpful I have found today that people in monett are very kind and helpful and helping people out from out of town thanks Lowe's.
