EDIT: Went back to new Nixa location, new menu is fantastic, food and service still great. Owner Stephanie stopped by every table to check in. Great restaurant in our regular rotation!

Valentine's dinner was our first visit and it was a great first impression. They had a special menu for the occasion, and all reservations got a red rose and chocolate covered strawberries. We had reservations for 2 adults and 2 kids, took us to our table 10 minutes ahead of reservation time. The waitress was very friendly and visited our table often for refills and to check in. Highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip appetizer, and another plus is they serve both Coke and Pepsi products! Steaks were tender and our kids both enjoyed their Little Farmer choices, Mac n Cheese and Cheese Pizza. Tons of homemade dessert options. Will be back again for sure!

Trying something new on boys night, and trying to help keep the local economy going. I am glad to say we were not disappointed, the food was excellent along with the service, and the fresh baked warm bread up front, and hot homaid cookies for dessert was the perfect start and finish for us tonight. We will definitely be back 😁

Update on 8/4/20 for another trip in on 8/1/20:
I got the chicken bacon club wrap. The taste was very fresh, my only complaint would be that I'm not sure if they accidentally heated the tortilla up too long or if it was too old but it was very hard. However, I got the chefs veggies again and this time, WOW! They were perfectly seasoned and cooked. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich which comes on their house made bread I believe, he said the bread was excellent and the pulled pork was good. Excellent homemade shoestring style fries! And of course, we got more desserts. We've had the strawberry shortcake cake, this blueberry lemon type cake, shortcake cupcakes with vanilla frosting and their brownies as well. Absolutely none of it has been a let down. We will continue coming back!

My husband and I visited this restaurant this last weekend (7/19/20) around 4:30/5pm. Perfect time and day to go (for us) because there wasn't many people. However, I'm shocked that there wasn't many people because of how unbelievably fresh and delicious this food is. The pictures just show you how good it looks. It tastes just as awesome as it looks. After we ordered we were given bread and butter to eat, our appetizer BBQ boneless chicken came with around 15 VERY decent sized pieces and was so incredibly juicy. My husband devoured his country fried steak and potatoes and beans and my buffalo chicken sandwich was so huge I couldn't finish it all. It was just as delicious heated up the next day! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of the sweets we bought because we devoured them haha! Since we don't live in Nixa, we bought quite a few to take home to get a variety to try. We got the chocolate chip cookie, macadamia nut cookie, carrot cake, cherry pie and a chocolate and peanut butter cake. ALLLLLL of it was gone in 2 days. We are SO EXCITED to come back here again. We're probably going to swing by tomorrow for baked goods lol! Outstanding local farm to table food. Our service was excellent. I would also like to note that because they make things fresh, make sure you show up early enough to give them about 30 minutes. Dont come already hangry. This will not dissuade us from coming back as we are willing to patiently wait for awesome food.

Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was exceptional! The steak was cooked to perfection and did not need any sauce. The french dip sandwich is huge, with a great serving size of perfectly cooked and seasoned home made fries.

I am impressed with the quality of the food and yes its definitely fresh. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed eating there for the first time.

I stopped in for a late lunch today and, wow!! One of three specials today is the Cuban sandwich and this is amazing! Not only does it beat any other Cuban that I’ve had before, but the fresh cut thin fries came out super hot and perfectly salted. Definitely come and try this place out.

I just had the lemon pepper salmon with spinach risotto and a fresh salad/ with homemade apple cider vinaigrette. It was amazing! This restaurant is a true gem hidden here in Nixa, MO. If you have not eaten at Farm Fresh Steakhouse and Bakery yet, you are missing out. They make everything from scratch including some super delicious desserts. They have cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, and turnovers. All of these are homemade. You will not be disappointed.

Remembered this place and decided to try it out. What a pleasant surprise. Great food plenty of it and a smiling waitress that was johnny on the spot. So happy to have picked this place for my birthday dinner with my dad😊

So happy to see this restaurant again! We used to go to the one down on 65 and missed it. Now they are right in Nixa - that's great news! The food is delicious, the baked goods are sinful, and you absolutely will not leave hungry.

We were told to go to Lambert's for dinner while we were in town after visiting fantastic caverns(worth the drive from Branson!) But when we pulled up at Lambert's we we're like- tourist trap! So we trucked on and found this gem. Nothing like fresh local farm grown food💚 my dad had a ribeye and I got a sirloin steak. Delicious. The potato casserole, YUM. Garlic ranch, awesome. Desserts, fantastic. We ate apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Homemade. And took several desserts back to hotel and ate them for breakfast before heading back home to Houston, TX. To sum it up. Perfection.

Everything was delicious. Steak was very tender, everything tasted so fresh. A little pricey but will pay for good food.

Great staff, very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The spinach dip was fresh and delicious! Maybe the best I've ever had. My meal was overall delicious, and the waiter and owner were very attentive and genuinely cared that my wife and I enjoyed our visit. Can't wait to come back.

This family atmosphere restaurant was amazing all around. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile (even wearing his mask you could hear the smile in his voice and demeanor) Plenty of spacious seating to accommodate guests comfortably. The smell of fresh home baked bakery goods was absolutely phenomenal. Our dinner was above and beyond delicious! The decor of the restaurant added to the home feeling, warm and inviting. From 1 to 10 we give Steakhouse and Bakery a 10x2! Definitely recommend and we will definitely go back!

Visiting from out of town for work and stopped here for dinner. I had the chicken fried steak.. man it was delicious! It took up 2/3 of my plate. My coworker has a NY strip and said it was cooked perfect and was really good. Thank you for such a great meal!

We all really enjoyed our meals and would go back. There was a man in the corner playing a piano which was nice. I thought the atmosphere was a little strange and I thought it could have been nicer with dimmer lighting and better farmhouse decor aside from roosters and barn pictures. But still, food was delicious, especially the potato casserole!

Hands down the best food and experience we had while in Missouri. The entire team was wonderful. Our waitress was fantastic. I’m so happy I saw the owners post in a Springfield food group. Absolute gem. You can tell she’s passionate about her craft and the food was just phenomenal. It looks like we will have to move to Missouri so we can eat here more often.

I ordered blackened pork chops with twice baked potato casserole and sauteed vegetables. All of my food was excellent. The waitress was very helpful. We even lucked out and didn't have to wait for a table!

I love getting takeout here!! Tonight hubby and I both got chicken fried chicken, green beans, and twice baked potatoes casserole. Large portions, friendly staff, nice variety of desserts too. I had red velvet cake (my favorite!) and hubby had apple pie. Thank you once again Farm Fresh for fixing dinner so I could have a night off! See you again soon!! ❤
