Great people!! I went to the Marionville location. Had a problem with my computer and got it fixed in timely manner! Amazing customer service. I highly recommend them for all of your electronic fixtures!

Craig does great work repairing phones, he's worked on several of our phones and always gets them fixed up for a really good price. I'd drive past every computer repair store in Springfield to take it to Cardinal!

Went there with a phone that had flown out of a car and been driven over several times. They fixed it in 15 minutes, and it works perfectly now. Great service too!

This is the third time I’ve had to come in because I have the worst luck😅. I come in and I’m always welcomed with a smile!, I always get really good prices on a new screen and the insurance is cheap!! Very personable, and gets things fixed very quickly!

Came in with my family, and we had a really awesome experience. I had originally been battling crashing problems with my Gaming PC for the better part of a year and half. Took it in to Springfield PC Pros said they ran it through tests and found nothing wrong with it, charged me 50 bucks and the problem persisted. Took it to Cardinal Computers and they swapped parts tested it out and found the root of the issue being my hard drive crashing. Very friendly and great service and fair prices! Would recommend coming back!

A few years back at a different location they fixed my 3d printer when it had a pretty bad clog, and today I went in to buy some thermal paste for my pc, and they gave me some for free!

I do 90% of my work with my cell phone. I cracked the screen and was concerned about having operating issues, so i called to get a replacement screen. They were prompt and took care of it very quickly. The customer service was great. The workmanship was also on point. The staff was very knowledgeable and skilled. My questions and concerns were met with polite and professional responses. My lack of knowledge of the repair wasn't insulted. Will be returning for all my technical needs.

Really cool store, getting my PC cleaned sat down and talked with the staff. They did a very thorough job with the cleaning and felt like my PC was in good hands. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Felt like part of the family.

These guys are the real deal. Left a laptop for some micro-souldering. They did not disappoint. Stayed true to the price they quoted and fixed the issue and in a timely manner. They were upfront about the possibility of the repair not working. He gave everything he had to fix the issue. Will definitely be utilizing Cardinal Computers for future issues or purchases.
