Ascent Direct Primary Care

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Green since 2020, and we can't say enough good things about him. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and takes his time to listen and think outside the box. In the past we've been treated by physicians who have a "one size fits all mentality" and Dr. Green is anything but that. We're beyond thankful for all he has done for our family and will be patients of his for life!

Dr. Greens office is amazing. He is friendly, knowledgeable and takes time with his patients to listen. We never feel rushed, always have very prompt responses back in regards to appointments, med refills and any other needs. The staff up front and the medical assistants are so kind and patient. This has been an amazing experience!

Dr. Green and his staff provide outstanding, comprehensive care. I will never forget the words he spoke to me during my first initial consultation, “I’m here to walk along side you during this difficult time.” He is a physician that takes the time to listen and treats you like family. Dr. Green is extremely well-rounded individual and professional. It was actually refreshing just to be in his office. He takes the time, was really great at listening to me even when I was struggling with how to explain my symptoms, and made the visit a total win for me as patient. His office is the most patient friendly than I’ve seen in a really long time and I felt the reception staff was great at communicating details. He’s extremely knowledgeable so it wasn’t a waste of time and money and I left his office with more help over my issue then I’ve received in months after seeing 3 other providers for the same issue. I should have went to Dr Green months ago.

Dr. Green and his team truly cares about each of their patients and I always leave there feeling better and more encouraged than when I walked in. He will walk alongside you through everything and won't dismiss you or your symptoms. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

Dr. Green & his staff are nothing short of amazing. If I could give them all 10 stars I would. My family has been with Dr. Green for 10+ years. When he started his own practice/deviated from the standard healthcare system we followed him and our experience has only gotten better. He is thorough, genuine, and sharp. He takes his time with each patient and never makes any of our concerns feel too small. I cannot say enough good things about his team. Simply put, there is no one else I would trust with my family’s well-being. Time with them is never wasted & your worries will never fall on deaf ears.

Dr. Green and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly! It is awesome to be able to call and actually talk to a nurse right then, or get a prompt return call. Not to mention get in the same day for an appointment if I need to. There is never a wait, my appointments have always been on time and I am in and out!! I am so glad I gave up my “traditional” doctor and clinic and the long waiting to come to Dr. Green at Ascent Direct Primary Care!

April is the M.A. she is great! Always a big smile, very friendly, and helpful. Dr.Matt Green is a very caring, insightful, highly intelligent doctor. His medical practice is different in all the good ways! When was the last time a doctor came into the room, sat down, big smile on this face, and actually took the time to listen and you didn't feel rushed? Ever hear a ole time story about a beloved family doctor. The kind of doctor that really cared about his patients, and took care of an entire family.

I sought out the Direct Primary care model of care. Having grown nothing but frustrated with health care, I was ready to imbrace a new model. Dr.Green has built his clinic from the ground up, and he has proven to me that direct care with a relationship with a caring physician and patient driven care is possible if you break away from our current broken health care system.

I have found that Dr. Green is caring, honest, and consistant in his approch to providing care for me and I'd highly recommend him and his office.
