I saw Christopher Mygatt yesterday for my first post op appointment. Apparently he also assisted with my surgery however, I was in lala land at that time. I also give him a 100 star review!

He was so kind, gentle and so encouraging. Again, he is a member of the Great Dr. TALLEY'S TEAM! I would have expected nothing less!

Every time I go for treatment I have been greeted with smiles & pleasant words. Any questions I have are answered. The facility is comfortable & rest rooms very clean. I have had noticeable improvement with appropriate treatment given. Highly recommend this place for your health care.

Very dissatisfied with my wait time. I went online this morning and did the “Save my Spot” for 1:15 pm today. I showed up about 1:10 and got checked in quick. Sat in the chairs in the hallway for about 30 minutes before a young man approached me to verify where my pain was and talk to me about getting an X ray done. It was another 30 minutes before I had my X ray done. About 45 minutes after that I was taken back to a room. I told the nurse about my pain and concerns. I was left alone In the room for almost an hour and a half. It was near 4:15 when I was seen.
The man and woman who saw me were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. If it weren’t for such a horrible wait time I would have had a very pleasant experience.

I am sitting in the waiting room after trying to check in. It's been twenty minutes and they still haven't decided whether they will even see me or not. I asked what the criteria was and I meet it. They close at 7:00. It is now only 4:00. What's the point of a walk in clinic if you won't take walk-ins????Front desk is snippy and rude!!

UPDATE: Took them over an hour to 'decide' if they would even take me. Front desk, after stating I might not 'meet their criteria', suggested I should go somewhere else. (that would be the ER which is a 9-10 hour wait) She also stated I was taking my frustration out on her, which I was not. I was questioning their reasoning for accepting me as a patient.
Here's some advice for you as a business: Have someone UP FRONT who is able to conduct a preliminary assessment of a patient, not someone whose only interest is leaving on time. How can a medical provider, whose in the back and doesn't see you, determine whether or not to see you?! That's very poor business!
And as for the 'gate keepers' up front at the desk, understand that people who are in pain may be a bit frustrated BECAUSE THEY ARE IN PAIN! Maybe take some classes on customer relations & professionalism, and work on your empathy & civility.
The 'back of the house' is great! The radiologist, NP, and PA I saw were wonderful. Wound up getting a shot in my shoulder and may have torn the ligament. We'll see after a week and maybe an MRI. Thanks for ALLOWING me in to see someone. I feel like I won the lotto. Isn't health care in Springfield just wonderful?! :(

When you’re treated more like an inconvenience than a human being, that’s when you realize you’re just a number and not a “valued patient”. Walked in today with back pain so bad I could hardly walk, and I was told I couldn’t be seen or treated because I didn’t have an injury. When I asked what she recommended since my pain was so severe, she shrugged and said, “You could try another clinic.” Lucky me …

You have lost my intire family's business and whomever after they hear what you guys done to my elderly grandparents today.
My grandmother was unaware that a face shield wasn't good enough for you guys amd she litterally cant wear a mask or her face and eyes swells shut. so she had to stand outside in the rain waiting on my grandfather and son to get done with getting an x-ray. And after that while shes standing outside in the cold rain my grandfather passes out due to the mask he was forced to wear even after telling you he has a medical exception, yet you dont care. and even after he passes out y'all continued to make him wear a mask after witnessing what the mask does to him. How cold and heartless are you? I hope this never happens to any of your family members. I supposed only some lives matter to you. They can die as long as they are wearing their mask right? This storey will be told and everyone will know how you treated my grandparents today.
