There are a few options , where to be seated. Bar, table and outside as a separate shatter ( additional fee applies).
Amazing cocktails, I ordered lemon drip martini, and it was just perfect, the other one that was ordered- old fashion, just perfect as well.
Couple more from a cocktail list- same! Just perfect!
Wine list is huge as well from well known wines to some that we never heard of.
All the appetisers and steaks that we ordered, you just can’t stop eating them until it fully gone. :)
Deserts were delicious too!!!
Service was incredible through all our dinner, from our waiter to the food deliveries and table cleaning staff.
Cannot wait to go back when we are in an area again!!!

As the only upscale fine-dining steak restaurant in Park City Canyon Village, this establishment truly stands out.

Nestled within the Westgate Park City Resort, it promises an exceptional dining experience worthy of a Michelin star. Let me share my impressions:

During our visit, my wife and I were treated to culinary delights. I opted for the gold-labeled domestic Wagyu Filet Mignon, accompanied by Hudson Valley Foie Gras. Meanwhile, my wife savored the Elk Short Rib, served with a truffle twice-baked potato side dish. The flavors were exquisite, and each plate was a work of art..

While this is undoubtedly an upscale restaurant, the prices are reasonable—though not excessively so. It’s a worthwhile investment for an unforgettable dining experience..

In my opinion, this restaurant surpasses all others I visited during my stay in Park City. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this culinary gem to fellow food enthusiasts..

There is a reason everyone tells you this is the best steak house in town. It was exceptional. We kept comparing it to upscale New York and California restaurants we've visited but for a third the price. The staff will expertly walk you through the meat selections with lots of off menu items included. The heritage carrot and Mac and cheese sides were phenomenal, and this is hands down the best ribeye cap preparation I will probably ever have. 10/10 will go again.

Expect a Michelin star experience.
Palette cleaners in between courses, water never left even half empty, top of the line service, delicious artistically plated and served food.
Must order the truffle Mac -non negotiable.

By far, the most exceptional dining experience! We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary and booked a reservation in the aspenglobe. From the hostesses to the assistants to Brian, our main server, the service was beyond compare. The food was excellent but the service was bar none. We were surprised by Brian with a beautiful dessert! As we were leaving, we heard other patrons say that it was an exceptional dinner as well. Truly the best way to describe it. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time at Edge steakhouse, felt like a king and queen having dinner there. James was an amazing server and the staff was top notch. The food there was to die for and was 5 stars! Highly recommend!

WOW! I’m so sad I don’t have this restaurant back home. I came in and they let me change my seating preference without fuss. My server (man in his 40-50s, salt & pepper hair) was cordial, friendly attentive and VERY knowledgeable & informative of the menu, I will be requesting him again. I got an espresso martini, French onion soup, lamb & creamed spinach. I wish I had room for their fancy soufflé! Everything was timed PERFECTLY, perfect presentation temperature and flavors. I am incredibly impressed by this restaurant. It was about $200 after tip for just me but worth every penny. It was a wonderful experience and even though my room was not as impressive, I certainly will be coming back just for Edge & Serenity.

It's been a year since I ate at Edge, but after trying another steakhouse in Park City this evening, I felt it was time to leave them a review. This is the best steakhouse I've been to in the state of Utah. Top quality food, and superb service. We went here for my wife's birthday at the end of 2017. I remember we ordered just a few things - steak and a side or two. While waiting for our order to come out, we were treated with sample after sample of various things the chef was working on (at no extra charge). They were tiny samples, but I remember thinking I wish I had a whole plate of everything that was brought out. The steaks were cooked as requested, and were absolutely delicious. After we finished, they again surprised us with a huge plate of dessert (also at no extra charge), with a "Happy Birthday" message written out on it in chocolate. We left stuffed! Everything was prepared and presented in a fancy way, and it all tasted just as good as it looked. Service was extremely attentive, and like another reviewer said, it was like we were the most important people in the server's day. 5 stars, without a doubt.

Edit: An update to this review. We've come back two times since my first review, and each time has been just as great as the first. This has become my favorite restaurant, without a doubt. It's pricy, but it's worth every penny. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service every time we visit!

Edge Steakhouse is the best restaurant in Utah...and I'm not apologizing. We've had the privilege of being here as part of a group reviewing the restaurant for a state food competition -- twice. The experiences were both out of this world. The chef should be commended for the perfection they've attained. Much of this meal was comped for us, but it doesn't change the experience. Eating hokkaido snow beef is magical. There isn't any place in the state of Utah able to get the quality of meats that Edge gets. Yes...it is expensive, but it is a place that we would all run to if it were in NYC or Chicago. The pics tell our story...

Incredible dining experience I won't forget. Tucked away in the beautiful snowy mountains of Park City. Dimmed lighting, quiet peaceful atmosphere. Stylish and elegant in every detail. They have a luxurious drink menu, unique whiskeys, delicious cocktails. I ordered their tasting menu and every course was dedicant and to die for.

The service was impressive! Our waitor's menu knowledge, attention to detail and flavor. Every step of the way I felt we were waited on hand and foot.

Definitely exspensive, plan on spending at least $100 per person if you get the bare minimum, no drinks

Amazing experience! From calling in to make the reservation, valet, reserving a globe for a romantic night to our friendly server…everything was wonderful! I’m surprised this restaurant only has a few reviews! It should have thousands of amazing reviews. Will definitely be coming back. Delicious food and stellar staff. A very hidden gem out in the open. Love coming here and if you're looking for a bartender who knows their craft along with the menu, you must sit at the bar and enjoy being served & entertained by Carl.

The steak sashimi with the Wasabi mash is a must. It's a culinary creation that pairs so well.

The mushroom side is super flavorful.

The butternut squadh bisque with foe gras is a delightful surprise and if you're looking for something heartier, pair it with the lobster tail.

We had a nice dinner with our friends who happened to be in town the same time as us. Large selection of steaks that our server spent several minutes discussing. I enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. Full bar menu with a large selection of wines. Definitely a special occasion place $$$$

My wife and I came to Park City for our Honeymoon, and we dined at Edge Steakhouse during our visit. We were blown away by the staff, and the amazing dinner. Gilbert was our waiter and he was fantastic. He explained their menu perfectly and was attentive all evening. He created a positive experience that was far more than just a dinner. The staff ended the night with an amazing surprise that made our evening.

It might not need to be said, but Edge Steakhouse has one of the best steaks in the U.S. Plus- their no yeast bread is something that needs to be experienced in person.

We highly recommend Edge Steakhouse and thank them for their hospitality and service.

We celebrated our honeymoon in Park City and capped it off with dinner at Edge. The team offered us an incredible experience and we would like to highlight our gratitude to the team including Greg, chef Wayne, and all involved in making it a magical experience. Our dinner at the Edge was by far our best post-covid dining experience and among the best ever. Every course was memorable, as in I remember every one, down to the truffle chips. The dinner: Last Dame Standing (drink), their version of French 75, Edge salad, Pork Chops, truffle potatoes, candied carrots, chocolate soufflé. And the bread. Delicious .Everything tasted crafted, not assembly line made. Staff was exceptionally well trained and efficient. Can't wait till next year for another visit.

Everything, 5-stars! From excellent service to every detail in every dish…amazing!they have a very intriguing selection of steaks; we got the 75-day old aged ribeye from Kansas!Definitely a treat for a special occasion! We came to celebrate my birthday and they treated us to a chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream 😋

Steak is great, Chicken was great, our side dishes were great. We had great service and made a very special Anniversary dinner for us. If your at the Westgate this is a great place and easy to get too. The patio is very nice at night.

This was one of the best experiences at a restaurant that I’ve had in my life. Everything about the service and the food was impeccable. Our filipina server whose name unfortunately escapes me was amazing!

My husband and I haven’t done much dining in since COVID, but we wanted to go someplace special for his birthday. I have organized a few conferences with the Westgate Resort and the food was always amazing and the Edge is no exception. Gilbert, our server, was fantastic and I am glad I followed all of his recommendations because every one was spot on. My husband had a dry aged steak and I had filet mignon. From the amuse-bouche to the chocolate soufflé and everything in between, it was the perfect birthday dinner! Thank you to Lily, Gilbert, and all the staff for taking such good care of us!
