Confucius Chinese Cuisine

Have dined here many times over the past several years, and have never had a bad meal. Food flavors are excellent, and ingredients are always fresh. Garlic blossoms are a wonderful side dish. Danielle's martinis are some of the best.

One of the best restaurants in Rehoboth. Mostly locals in here as not many tourists think about getting Chinese food when on vacation. If you like spicy, this is your place. We started with Salt and Pepper Calamari. It was light and crispy and seasoned to perfection. It is served with their signature long peppers, making every bit a piece of spicy heaven.
For dinner we had the Five Spice Duck, which was amazingly spicy. Not killer if you can't stand heat, just delicious.
We also had the Seafood on Cantonese noodles. Pricey dish but worth it as it is loaded with crab and lobster.
Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely the best Chinese food ever. A real treat. A gourmet delight. The ginger crispy fish is amazing;, you can order a half or whole Peking Duck. Better than the Peking duck i ate in China. Confucius is a Rehoboth treasure.

The owner is hands on and the waitress was spot on and very knowledgeable.

We love this place, but found it a little "loud" and hard to have a conversation with others in our group. If there is anything that could be done with acoustics...it would definitely be one of our favorite dine in places. We had a large group and were seated within 3 minutes! The Seafood A La Confusious was excellent with big pieces of lobster and perfectly cooked scallops! Don't miss out on the spring rolls and flowering garlic chives too. They have the BEST thin skinned dumplings I've ever had! Excellent accomodating staff and all around superb service😉

Excellent upscale Chinese food restaurant! We ordered shrimp w/walnuts, Singapore noodles w/chicken, and (2 orders) general tso chicken. Everything was cooked to perfection!

The food was delicious. We tried several items and each was better than the next. A little pricey but we will definitely go back.

I’ve walked by this place so many times and always said “we should try this place” and we finally did. It did not disappoint. The staff was lovely. The place was cool and quiet. It is more of an “upscale” restaurant for Rehoboth price wise so you don’t get a lot of tourist traffic. We did not have a reservation and were immediately seated.

We did the dumplings,lo mein and walnut shrimp. Everything was excellent.

I plan on returning !

Great food & service. Atmosphere was a bit loud, but tolerable.

We go about twice a year. It's nice in the fall or spring when no so crowded. Food is always good. Great service.

My beach favourite, never disappoints. Dumplings were same old same old but entrées were fiery and flavourful and good as leftovers. Big portions of Tong Ann Chicken and Pepper Beef, all that I ever need!

Probably legitimately one of the top 5 meals I’ve ever had in my life. Although I do wish they had better hours.

There are not a lot of asian restaurants in the area. After eating here, I can see why. Their food is very delicious. Even vegetables are cooked perfectly and help bring their dishes to greater heights. The prices are decent, and you will definitely feel full and refreshed after eating. They are very accommodating with the spiciness. If you dont want it spicy, they can cook it deliciously without it being spicy.

The most amazing Chinese food around. Everytime I come here I feel like I'm home. Love Sean (Xiong) and Danielle. The food is always so fresh and they cater around my pescatarian diet. So glad your part of our community.

The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, the food was superb. The wait time for the food was minimal The menu is extensive. Everyone had a different dish and delighted with the different tastes. The restaurant is a little pricey, but well worthy adventure

Great restaurant. Not cheap but everything is interesting, delicious, we'll prepared. They are not afraid to use spice which is great for me. If they know to use the term "numbing" peppers (and it is), this is not your Chinese-American variety restaurant. In our opinion, the best Chinese restaurant in the Rehoboth area.
