Best Western Bennington

We highly recommend this Best Western stay, not sure what Allison is talking about but we loved it! Great spot in beautiful Bennington with lots of local eateries and you can't leave without seeing the historic covered bridge on Silk Rd, which front desk Steven was kind enough to tell us about. We can't remember being SO welcomed by a staff member, he was so engaging and accommodating! You'd be a great Hospitality trainer Steven! Rooms are clean, spacious and the pool was lovely!

Steve at the front desk was so so so nice! He went through everything (wifi password, breakfast, etc.) We originally booked a standard king bed room. When we arrived we noticed there were balconies for some rooms so we asked about a room with one. Steve informed us that we could upgrade to a king room with a balcony at no additional cost since I am a member. He then did even more research and found us a king suite with a balcony without us even asking! He went above and beyond and was so kind. We loved our room. It was huge, very clean and perfect for us!!

We booked a room block initially through Zola and then with a direct sales representative of Best Western for our October 2022 wedding. The booking process went smoothly, and kept us up to date on the guests booking rooms at the hotel. The Best Western rep Stephanie Lambert even double checked all other hotel guests for our wedding weekend for names to include in the room block. We were able to drop off welcome bags for each guest at the hotel the week of the wedding no problem. When we dropped off the bags we learned that there would be breakfast available for our guests, and coffee, water, and snacks available 24/7. We also had no complaints about the wedding shuttle service to and from the venue.

Staff very friendly and provided lots of insight in this historic area. Monica (afternoon front desk) goes out of her way to assist you. Bed was comfy, room very clean.

It was a good deal for the price. Staff was friendly and the wifi was fast. The room was in good condition. I would stay here again.

Great stay that exceeded all expectations - rooms were spacious and clean, hot showers, fast internet, well-stocked hot breakfast (bagels, eggs, bacon, waffles, and plenty more), and a very warm welcome from Steve during check-in and 24/7 front desk support. There is also coffee and hot tea available at all hours. We stayed here on a ski trip to Mt Snow (40 minute drive) and enjoyed how close we were to the Bennington Main St for dinner (5 minute drive). Come with the right expectations and you’ll have a great time. I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Big spacious room, though might have been the biggest room there. Was quite and close to town and eating options and had a pool!

Stayed here with my girlfriend from out of town. We both had an amazing time, very friendly and helpful staff, there was a gentleman working named Steve that was very perfessional and informative, which i know lacks at other places and it turned out to all be information that was actually applicable. The vending machines in the lobby are both cheap, and if not, fairly priced and is open around the clock, amazing breakfast choices, typical options for a hotel, however the number of options are amazing, in this case quantity beats quality. Our room was very clean and well taken care of, enough so were obligated to leave a tip for a Jessica, whom signed the paper in the room informing you of who took care of it. The location is also amazing, right in Benningtons shopping center with a little walkway to access the plaza, so everything is within walking distance, bowling alley is also right across the street. For sure would recommend and stay again. Maybe add chocolates on the pillows guys? Lol! You have enough class to do so, But jokes aside. Great experience.

Grounds are clean and well kept. Room was very large and very clean and the refrigerator was larger than average, not huge but not tiny! Coffee was available in the room with a "Keurig-like" coffee maker. On top of it all and the reason why I gave this a top review is due to Steve C. Steve checked me in with a smile and remained a valuable resource thru out my 9 night stay.

The stay in Bennington, VT Best Western in March 2020 was most positive. The check in was done by an intelligent and efficient woman. She was quick and informative as to our requests for the whereabouts of places we wanted to see. The room we were assigned was first floor near the road but the evening and the traffic noise on a Saturday was none existent. The beds were very comfortable, the room & bathroom were very clean. The room had synthetic hard wood floor which pleased me, as rugs are sometimes hard for people with allergies.
We decided we would stay here on our next visit should we return in the fall for foliage season. We found lots of things in the area within a 12 mile radius to entertain us for 2 or 3 days.

Nice place great location. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that there were so many outlets in my room I usually have to unplug something' nice surprise to be able to change all gadgets at the same time. Balcony was a peaceful way to end my day. Only thing I wish you were pet friendly.

We loved staying at the Best Western. They were very accommodating with our last minute room reservation request. Staff was very friendly. We shared a Dbl - Queen room with a sofa, fridge and micro wave, was very clean and spacious! The pool was GREAT! We totally relaxed after a long weekend wedding. Would surely stay there again when visiting family! Liked that breakfast was included, with a good selection of offerings (more than just the plain continental) and the price was good too. Big Bang for your Buck!

Went for a girls weekend everything was amazing. the hotel was clean and definitely up to covid standards and made us feel safe staying there. We loved how close it was to everything made it easy to get into town for dinner and drinks! Niki at the front desk was so nice and answered any questions we had! definitely would stay again

Great Staff! (Helpful and humorous after a long day). The room was clean and quiet. The Bed was SUPERBLY comfortable. Even the sheets felt comfy. The bathroom and shower were spotless! Fresh, soft towels.
WILL stay here again on purpose!

Great place to stay in Bennington! Quiet setting and the room was extremely clean. We actually liked the hard surface flooring in our room which we feel is much cleaner and sustainable than the usual carpeting. There is an ample assortment of stores and restaurants within a mile radius of the property.

It was really nice here. I will recommend staying here. Nice and clean. Continental Breakfast is good in the morning. Staff goes above and beyond to help! Thank you Best Western Bennington I have enjoyed my stay!! You all have made this beautiful!

Our crew stayed here for a job nearby and everyone was very impressed. The rooms were much bigger than average and even had plenty of room for a sofa. Nice flatscreen tv,a little fridge that was actually cold,microwave etc.The beds were fantastic! Although we never had a chance to use the pool it was very clean and well maintained with up to date furniture. Breakfast was pretty much what you would expect. The motel is nicely spread out on the property, not some big boxy building. Staff was polite and recommended we eat at the publyk house restaurant, we did and enjoyed our meal.I love giving positive feedback for people who have worked hard to make sure that their business is the best that it can be !Kudos

Omg Steve was the absolute best! So sweet, thoughtful, and helpful. He definitely made me feel like family as soon as I check in and he put me in a nice room. The pool is huge and they do complimentary breakfast as well. Your also close to Walmart and five minutes away from chilis.

This is our second time here. We plan on using this place more.

Stayed there for the first time last night on a motorcycle day trip and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was always around, very friendly, hardworking, and prepared. The continental breakfast was a good spread with at least something for everyone. The location is great as well with a bowling alley and a hamburger/ice cream stand across the street as well as a grocery store and walmart behind it that you can walk to.
