I ordered a pair of Boston Birkenstocks. I had an amazing experience. They shipped my shoes immediately, and they came in perfect condition!

The customer service was great!

They have a machine you can stand on to see about show inserts.

The lady that assisted me tried her best to find me shoes that would help because I have wide feet.

And she referred me to their store in Manchester because they have a person who specialises in feet! I will be glad to see them soon! Thanks for your help

Great place to buy footwear. Been buying footwear there for 30 years. Now also buying for two boys. Just wish they'd stock up on the most common sizes like 10 and 10 1/2. Very frustrating to walk in only to find out that they have to bring my size in from another store. I don't want to have to make a second trip in.

Every time I need new shoes I go here. It's a great place for testing out shoes and getting the ones you want. Customer service is always there to help when you need them. Great prices! If you're in the area you should stop by.

I bought 2 pair ladies boots..The manager Scott was so knowledgeable and friendly , what a pleasant personality he has. He's definately an asset to the store.

I've been a customer of this store for about 25 years. I can always find what I'm looking for. If, for some reason, they don't have my size, the friendly and courteous staff will offer to check another store or order it for me so I can try them on. I hate purchasing shoes online. I've even had them hold a pair of shoes at another store so I could pick them up when passing by. The shoe club is great also. Bennington is lucky to have a store like this!

I love to get my shoes here because I know they will be high quality. The staff is always ready to help you if you need their assistance. They carry work boots, sneakers, clogs, and casual shoes. A few of my favorite brands that they carry are Merrell, Dansko, and Teva.

I had excellent service at the Lenox shop. The sales person made arrangements for me to pickup my boots at the Vermont store because they didn't have my size.

I always have good service there. The staff does a fine job with helping my young grandsons finding shoes that fit there feet well.
