Everyone here is very caring. They each know how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The techs all are able and willing to answer any questions you may have while your tests are being completed. Of course Dr Patterson is there as well.

This office is wonderful. Comfortable, professional, great patient care. I was able to schedule sooner than our local imaging center, was seen promptly at my visit, and was treated well throughout visits. (As a stand-alone imaging center, they also charge MUCH less than the hospital imaging centers for the same type and quality of service!) Highly recommend - we come down from Milford for their services.

I have a serious fear of MRI's. Ocean Imaging encouraged me to come in look around and observe the MRI. The Doc even came out and reassured me all would be good. My personal Doc gave me a script for a sedative and all was absolutely good. These folks at Ocean Imanging actually give each patient personal attention and care. Sean was my tech, there is none better (the blindfold did the trick).

I've had all my imaging done at Ocean Imaging for years. Friendly and professional staff in a less stressful environment than a hospital.

I had a MRI scheduled in this facility the two xray technicians injured me by trying to force me in .I complained to the office manager who is the owner mrs Patterson she asked me what am I supposed to do. I'm injured and your technician are walking around with jobs ! This is the worse experience eve . She probably going to read this saying I'll sue you! Go ahead I'll beat you to it this is a rotten place where I get injured people with money can care less what they do to you ..I already have a fracture in my back .Thanks to this facility I now have a neck.injury ..Thanks ocean side for your miserable service. . The xray technician a woman and a man must got there license from a cereal box. Good job ! Thanks for the extra injuries christinia who is the owner could care less! A lack of empathy they treated me like a piece of trash I still need a MRI done and thanks to these xray technicians I petried of a MRI the women xray tech told me to put my arms above my head my neck is now injured and the man technician put his thumbs in my hip . Horrendous. More like a Torture Chamber than a medical facility. Got stabbed with an IV needle over 9 times in hands and arms, even though I have good veins! Never had a medical experience this bad in my life. Left covered in bruises. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Save yourselves the pain and go anywhere else.

Zero stars is more like it! I was turned away today because the billing manager (said her name was Christina but if I was as rude as she was, I'd give a fake name!) said they were having trouble getting paid by Cigna so I could either self pay or leave. Note; my health plan had already paid for my husband's imaging there in full at the contracted rate but it was still Pay or Leave. It's only 10 more miles up to Bayhealth in Milford, skip this place at all costs!
