Atracare - Pediatrics, Primary Care, & Urgent Care Clinic

I have been to several urgent care facilities in the Rehoboth Beach area. This urgent care is the BEST! I had such excellent care. Thank you to Kate, Jennifer, Amanda and Rachel to name a few. I have never had so many people giving me their complete attention. Highly recommend.

My experience with Astracare is unmatched. From the first phone contact with Ty, to the care I received from Robert ("Bob"), I felt completely cared for. In an age where health "care" is increasingly corporate, this experience was instantly notable for quality care. My only disappointment is that I am not local to receive care from this state of the art facility on a regular basis. I would actually consider the 1.5 hour drive it would take to be seen here routinely. THANK YOU, for bringing the CARE back to health care.

We stopped here on our way to OCMD because my child started screaming about their ear hurting. Atracare staff was very friendly and helpful. We were seen within 20 minutes of arriving. The nurse and doctor were very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. Definitely would stop here again if we needed another urgent care visit!

My first time here everybody was so nice down to the front desk , to the assistant who took my vitals && of course my lovely nurse ! My wait wasn’t long at all && my nurse was the sweetest && really made me feel good about the care that I was receiving even tho it was brief due to a toothache which I knew it wasn’t much they could do about . Highly recommended. Thank you ladies !

I went to Atracare on Saturday and only waited a short time to see a nurse who did many tests to check out all vitals reqarding me being very dizzy.
Then seen by nurse practioner Diane who reviwed my test results and then did further tests on my ears and concluded I had vertigo.She Ordered a med and Pt referral. What a wonderful experience as everone there pleasant.

Stopped while traveling through the area. They quickly and accurately diagnosed my 10 year old daughter with double ear infections. Office was modern and clean and the doctor was intelligent, thorough and kind! 5 stars!

Me and my family have had nothing but positive experiences at Atracare. Our provider is very knowledgeable professional, and will always see to it that you were getting the best quality care possible. It is also nice. They have the urgent care center right on location so you can get x-rays Lab work Covid tests etc. right on site. Claudia Pierce, especially has done an outstanding job, taking care of me and my family. I cannot say enough good about her.

My 4 year old came down with Croup and an ear infection while visiting for Thanksgiving. We made an appointment at Atracare and Dr. Lindsay Albanese was our provider. She was literally amazing from start to finish. We were able to get my daughter’s steroid in the office and she helped us get the antibiotic she needed. Everything here is top notch and all the staff from the front desk to the doctors were welcoming and kind! My daughter was feeling better shortly after getting our medications. Not to mention the facility itself was clean and well kept! Atracare is a breath of fresh air and we would use this facility without hesitation any time!

Claudia, I always thought you were very personable and kind. You never treated me like a number. You genuinely care about my well-being. I am very sad you are leaving. You have been my doctor since I moved to Delaware 7 years ago. As you already know, I am not a big fan of change. However, I wish you all the happiness on your new fabulous journey!!! Need the services of an excellent and efficient urgent care in Sussex County, DE? Check out this facility. Easy check-in process from the parking lot. Once inside, staff is friendly, professional and the interior is clean. Time from check-in to being seen and my pharmacy being provided with a prescription was about 40 minutes - an Olympic record for any urgent care whose services I've used in the past! Definitely recommend.

Super helpful place. Start with the text option. They are very responsive on text. My appointment was later in the day but on a chance I showed up early. I was seen within 5 min and out in 15.

an incredible addition to medical care in Sussex County. The walk in clinic is a welcome addition to Beebe and Bayhealth and adds a measure of confidence, knowing that last minute needs and common emergencies can be covered in a timely manner. The facility is spotless, modern and on site x-ray is great addition. The service desk, doctors and PAs are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and take their time listening and treating. They even have a state of the art medicine machine that can provide immediate access to commonly prescribed drugs, instant access- no wait ! If I could give AtraCare 10stars, I would.

Used the urgent care for the 1st time, besides covid tests. Definitely had a pleasant experience, the doors were promptly unlocked a little before 8am by the friendly front desk gal. Check in was kinda excessive even with an appointment. Name was called and I was taken care of by a wonderful, friendly Medical Assistant, I like they do manual blood pressure here. I was seen and treated by a phenomenal PA, Bob Barwick.. he was excellent!! The nurse was equally as good. Very pleased with the exceptional staff and care.

We love atracare. They provide the best walk-in care around. They go the extra mile for their patients in every way possible. They recently added an AMD to the office so we can be seen and pick up rx on the way out!! we've been prescribed two antibiotics in the past week and it has been lifesaving to be able to get meds there rather than dealing with the local inundated pharmacies and a sick kid.

They were very well organized and employees were so polite. The place is so clean and sterilized.

Unfortunately I got something in my eye which I believe was sand. I tried to get it out with no luck. I got a ride to the clinic and signed in. They could see that I was having trouble seeing so they offered to help me with the paperwork. So nice and observant! They informed me of a one hour wait but I think it was only about a half hour. A nurse brought me back and gathered info for the doctor. The doctor then came in with minimal wait. She introduced herself as a PA and numbed my eye for the exam with a dropper. She then found no object. She observed a scratch from the object and recommended I take an antibiotic drop series and wait for resolution. Perfect! I felt better at I left! I would highly recommend! It was a great experience despite my self inflicted injury.

I was able to walk in and the staff was very kind and courteous and made signing in effortless. Once I got called back, I only had to wait less than five minutes before Ashley, PA came in. She was very professional and truly interested in my problem. She discussed the best way to treat my problem and had my prescription called into the pharmacy before I left the office. I would definitely see her again.

I experienced a UTI while away from home. I received excellent care and was diagnosed quickly at Atracare in Rehoboth DE. I picked up a prescription w/in an hour. When I returned home a few days later I received a call from Atracare saying after further diagnosis I needed a stronger prescription and they ordered it right away from my local pharmacy. Couldn't have received better care even if I were home.

Wife, Jean, tested positive for Covid on Friday evening. Atracare was open and PA Bob confirmed test results, discussed treatment and ordered prescription. Everyone was personable and helpful. Best medical care experience,maybe ever.

I was fortunate to find Dr. Bob Barwick on a Sunday night with a leg emergency. The staff and Dr. Bob took control and great care. I cannot say enough words of appreciation and thank you for the Care of Astracare! The best 👌
