When we arrived we were greeted by a SUPER friendly, kind and helpful young lady. I found out her name is Holly, what an AMAZING person. She answered all our questions, made us feel welcome and valued. She was there to assist us in any way that she could. She NEVER seemed bothered when we asked a question. She IS a true asset to your company.

John was another AMAZING person. He IS definitely an asset to your company. John assisted my family with the waffle maker, he was SO pleasant every morning! He ensured that we always had eggs & potatoes for breakfast. The one morning Mom stayed in bed for breakfast, John asked about her and wanted to ensure she had a great breakfast. John kept the breakfast bar spotless, he kept the tables clean and the floor was spotless too. John greeted every one who entered the breakfast area. What a nice feeling every morning.

The rest of the staff was pleasant too. They greeted us as we passed by, answered any questions that we had and ensured we had a pleasant stay.

I would definitely stay here again. My family and I had a VERY positive stay and experience here. The hotel environment was very welcoming and homey feeling.

First and foremost, the staff here is outstanding! Chris, Abby, Taylor, Holly, have amazing customer service skills! My GPS was sending me in circles and Chris stayed on the phone with me and helped me find the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, shower amazing! Great coffee at breakfast. Coffee in the rooms, not so good. Great location! The hotel could definitely use some updating but corporate needs to step in for that.

Perfect for our quick stay in Dewey- walkable to both the beach and about 15 minutes to the main strip.

Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.

Staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to find us a table for our room. Wi-Fi was good enough to allow us to work remotely. Would definitely stay again.

It is hard traveling with a disability and this place made it EASY! They have abundant disabled parking and Holly ensured that all my disability needs were met.

I LOVED staying here! I am allergic to fragrances and asked Holly to remove all fragrances from my hotel room and she did! They also have an elevator and gave us rooms by the elevator so we didn’t have to walk far. Also breakfast had many vegetarian options however they did not have any non dairy substitutes.

I was shocked by how cheerful and kind all of the staff were throughout my stay. They were thoughtful and took the time to provide wonderful recommendations for food and things to do. They even brought me extra towels and blankets when needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would add is that the light switches were not the cleanest but for the price and location it was definitely a steal!

Rooms where ok. There was a broken light bulb in our room, we had to request pillows and blankets for the fold out couch. The pool was heated but dirty. The continental breakfast made up for other areas. All of my problems were addressed and fixed by the front desk. Overall, I would stay again.

The hotel was clean, smelled really nice and there is lots of parking. If you love brews, there is a very nice brewery with a large selection of brews as well as delicious food. The location is easy to find and in a very nice area. The hotel manager was very receptive, courteous and helpful with my needs. I very highly recommend the hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that could make the stay better was if the hotel was on the beach

Room and bathroom were very clean. The room was very clean. It was spacious because it was a 1 king bed room, maybe not for 2 queen or double beds room. The location is 10 to 15 minutes bt foot from the beach but it's worth to sacrifice the distance because the breakfast is provided. One thing that I mind was a bathtub size, it's a little narrow.

Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and it was incredibly large and perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were as close to perfectly cleaned as one could ask for. We all enjoyed the large flat screen TVs and the big comfy beds. The air conditioners kept each room nice and cool. The shower was roomy and the water temps and pressure was great as well. The location was great for our little trek to the outlets and stores in the area.

The pool was kind of small, and if there was another family or group of people it would have been not as enjoyable, but luckily nobody else joined us while we were in there. It was also more shallow than the markers indicated which was better for our children. The 3ft section had to be just about 2ft. My 5 year old could easily stand with the water only coming up to top of his chest.

The breakfast looked nice, but the room was too small for the amount of people who were there. We ended up going out to eat instead of waiting around for any seating or more food. I still would highly recommend this hotel.

My goodness where do I start.. holly and sunny and diamond and John were phenomenal.. you see my mum visiting from Ireland she and I went to rohobeth and stayed in the quality inn and suites. My mum is 82 and has mobility issues the staff were emphatic and so professional. The hotel was spotless and we had everything we needed. We planned another trip to fennwick island with reservations at sea castles it was filthy and we decided not to stay there we contacted economy lodge… the hallway windows was shattered with broken glass everywhere I visited the room it was beyond filthy and unsanitary the widows were dusty sheets yellow in color the sink to bathroom outside of bathroom next to the broken sideboard … the elevator floor was slimy from vomit the hotel should be closed down..I
then called quality inn and suites and Diamond found us a room of which we stayed three nights.. staff so accommodating and professional the lady that ensured kitchen cafeteria was clean and stocked she was a J1 student was so pleasant and very diligent doing her job. All of the staff are a credit to this hotel and because of their caring can do attitude I will be back and have mentioned these exceptional Services to all of my colleagues .. so a special shout out to all of the staff regards Tina and Liz Jennings

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting family in the area. Nice location, right on the main road and not far from the beach. Sign at hotel says "Walk 2 Beach", and we saw a few folks doing just that. GPS indicated a 32-minute walk, 9-minute drive. In 90 degree heat in mid August we decided to drive.

Check-in to the hotel was fast and easy, with a very polite hotel rep at the front desk. Our room on the second floor was OK - not flashy or fancy, a bit dated, but CLEAN. Bathroom, towels, linen, carpet - all clean. There was a mystery shirt hanging in the closet, but no big deal. And our room was cleaned nicely each night of our stay. A/C was nice and cold, plenty of TV channels and a nice large fridge that kept beverages cold. King-sized bed was comfortable and room was quiet, with the hum of the fridge being the only sound we heard at night. Hotel breakfast was what you might expect - not the best, but will put something warm in your belly to start the day.

We actually had a great stay at this hotel, close to the beach and shopping/restaurants, and a comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing bad to say, except for the tv service, the satellite wasn't working right.Other than that ,great comfortable suite, great staff all around.Good stay . Would definitely recommend!

Service at this hotel, as soon as you walk through the door the lady at the front desk welcome you. Nice large beautiful rooms. Very quiet. Everything here is well maintained to Social guidelines. Everyone wears a mask, if you don't have one the front desk will sell u one. Even the remote control is wrapped up in plastic bag. Awesome

The room was very big and a great space for a vacation. The employees were very helpful as we needed to stay the night because our car broke down, and they helped us get a great rate and were very accommodating. The pool was nice. The whole hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay all around.

Such a beautiful hotel! Wonderful spacious rooms! Shavon is one of the nicest employees I have ever dealt with at a hotel she made us feel right at home. Cant wait to stay here again!

There was a problem with the hot water heater that they quickly resolved.
Water pressure isn't the greatest in the shower, but it gets the job done.

There were the usual problems with not having enough employees to clean before check-in but the staff is friendly, competent, and helpful. Our room was large, clean, quiet, and had been updated recently.

Amanda at the front desk immediately greeted us with a smile, and answered all of our questions. Tory worked the breakfast room was so pleasant and kind when my baby made a mess. The rooms were clean and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.

I had a great time, room was nice & clean, spacious wit sofa bed we used all 3. The kids loved it especially the indoor pool. Looking forward to coming back over the summer.
