Spring Valley epitomize what a funeral experience should be. Our initial call with Kennedy helped put us at ease and made choosing Spring Valley for my Brother's service an easy choice. She was empathetic and helpful with every question and concern we had. Patiently going over the process and options with us, instead of leaving us feeling like we had to wait for them to get us in the door so they could make a sales pitch. Once we were there the rest of the staff continued with this treatment. You could tell the director was more concerned with providing us with the service my brother would have wanted instead of using our grief to go beyond his wishes. Everything was beautiful and they paid attention to the little details. I cannot fully express our gratitude to everyone at Spring Valley for helping us every step of the way. Your kindness and care means the world to me and my family.

Staff at Spring Valley (New Albany) was very helpful in my simple request for cremation. Everything was done in a timely and very respectful manner. A service you never hope to need 😢but so grateful to have them available‼💯

The director Anthony and his wife Darlene was amazing!!!! They made us feel comfortable and helped us every step of the way!!!Everything was beautiful and great! The photo and obituary was amazing! The preacher was great! They really helped my family during a tough time!! They don’t nickel and dime you either!!!!!

The staff is awesome at Spring Valley. They let me sing and speak at my step father's funeral. They made my mother's time of grief a excellent experience. Mr. Anthony was great and answered all the phone calls from me when I called. He let me take over the service in a way that my family had wanted. Mr. Anthony understands my situation of a unexpected death and was more then willing to be by my side through it all. Mr. Anthony and his staff was more then willing and helpful during our time of need. I will recommend Spring Valley to anyone who is experiencing a situation like mine. Ms. Wanda was awesome as well as she made me feel more comfortable not only speaking with her but opening up about my situation. If anyone wants employment with any funeral home this would be a place as ALL staff is like a second family. I cant thank Spring Valley enough for what awesome job they did and how great my step father looked.

After trying to go through several funeral homes we was finally referred to Spring Valley & we are very grateful for them, not only was they easy to talk with they also where not expensive! They was willing to meet asap, they made the process a lot better than just saying the (body) like um I know that's your job but the other funeral home was so rude about it& they made it easier to get through the hard process of losing a loved one! We will keep them in mind for the next love.

Anthony & Darlene have a lovely older established building the parlor area was quite large and has alot of furniture for you to be comfortable . the lounge area for guests was very helpful because I had drove 12 hours and needed refreshments very badly. They are professional to explain options while you are confused and upset, then they have your requirements met. They treated my loved one with the respect she deserved.

These guys are top notch. They walked us delicately through our final goodbyes. My entire family was impressed with their professionalism and compassion. It takes some art form to lay a loved one to rest in a way that captures the spirit of their life. We could not have asked for anything more. Last, we don’t want to think to about cost but that is part of this difficult process. Our family compared around and Spring Valley was the best. I’ve had many friends and family that all had positive experiences with Spring Valley. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Spring Valley provide a beautiful and comforting services for my sister. The service was beautiful and professionally done. They allowed our family the opportunity to celebrate the life of our love one with honor and dignity. The services were affordable and the staff amazing. I cant thank you enough for your assistance. Spring Valley did a wonderful Job on my brother! He looked so good and peaceful! The turnaround was amazing, the customer service was superb and the obituaries came out so beautiful. Thank you Mr. Anthony! You made my family so happy!!

This place was a blessing to me and My family. They took really good care of my Dad. They allowed us every and extra opportunities to spend those final moments with my father. They accommodated every request we had, they treated us as well as my father like family. I can not thank them enough. The Director himself understood our frustration with the original funeral home we were dealing with and said, “ call them and tell them I am on the way now to get your father.” It was that kind gesture that put us all at ease.

Anthony and his crew were very respectful throughout the entire process. It was very rough dealing with the passing of my uncle, and and the team at Spring Valley made this hard process much easier. I will recommend Spring Valley from here on out, and I will only use them for my family. Thank you Anthony for being a positive influence during a very negative time.

Oh my i would give 10 stars if possible these guys made an unbearable time easier for our family...our loved one didn't have burial insurance so gathering money was a task but when i tell you Spring valley went over and beyond to help us get our loved one burried i mean that ...they were so loving and caring and made us feel so comfortable as they went out their way to comfort us its like they became our extended family!!! My kids plan and will do something special for them for taking such great care of their dad !! We did it Spring valley 😍 if you have unfortunately lost a love one please please make them your first call I promise you wont be disappointed!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to Spring Valley Funeral Home and staff, for not only their services, but their kindness and compassion.
There was, and still is, a slight hold up with the US Department of Personnel due to some paperwork errors.
However, Spring Valley Funeral Home didn't even hesitate to go forth with all my friends wishes.
They went above and beyond to see that a man who served our Country was properly and respectfully laid to rest in a very timely manner.
This should say something about Spring Valley Funeral Home and their compassion for the family. They haven't received full payment just yet. But again never gave it a second thought about giving my friend the proper and honorable burial and services here deserved.
I simply cannot thank then enough for such kindness during such a very difficult time.

Spring Valley Funeral Home is the best. I recently buried my daughter, which was a traumatic experience for me and my family. But Anthony Oxedine and his staff were awesome! They helped an unbearable situation a little more bearable! They were caring, kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. They treated me and my family as if we were family. I was extremely pleased with their excellent service. Plus they are affordable!
