A Nice Restaurant

The name says it all! Looking for a "home" cooked breakfast this is your place! Staff is prompt and great! Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely my favorite breakfast spot by far!

This was my first visit to this establishment. The restaurant was clean as well as the women's restroom (bonus for that). We were a party of 5; the staff were prompt, courteous, and walking through filling up coffee cups and drinks. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was excellent. The food prices were lower to average in this economy. PLUS, Santa Claus was also having breakfast during the same visit. Pictured here is Santa checking his naughty list before starting his day 😀. I would recommend this restaurant.

We came here on a Saturday morning and even though the restaurant was pretty full, we were seated pretty quickly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and the French toast was AMAZING. Will definitely be back!

It was like going back in time...the atmosphere is like a small town restaurant where all the locals eat (i was there for breakfast on a wednesday morning). I had pancakes which were huge and tasted like grandmaw's...had those crunchy bits of meat from the grill cooked in...which gave it its homey flavor. The coffee had great flavor too and the staff kept it topoed offf which is awesome. All this and a side of crunchy bacon for $11.11. Tip: Do not be in a hurry here...its not that kinda place...real laid back and no loud music blasting over tthe table just cheerful chatter in the background. I love my first time there.

Holy cow this restaurant made me wish I was a local! Came in to a packed house with two waitresses and they worked their tails off. The food was perfect, hot, and taste was spot on! Please thank the waitresses that were on 12/12/23 because that was INCREDIBLE

Great no frills Breakfast / Brunch spot. The prices are awesome and the food is good. Always fills up quickly so go at 7a or go at 11...closes by 2p

The kind of place we need over here!!! Friendly servers and good home cooking. Reasonable prices. I found a great go to restaurant for breakfast or lunch!

We always feel welcome coming hare. It's a very good place to eat. And, they don't charge you an arm and a leg to eat.
We go there every chance we can.

We have lived in New Albany for years and driven by this place 1000 times. We finally stopped. Our desire for a good, normal breakfast brought us here. We were very pleased with the service, quality and quantity of food, and the prices. This is a great spot - the way things used to be, owned by a hardworking, small business woman owner for 24 years. We will be regulars. 💖 highly recommended!
