Striper Bites

Great food! Seems weird to rave about potato salad, especially when I’m not a ‘potato salad’ guy, but this potato salad is great! As was the turkey burger with a maple aioli sauce and the brown sugar old fashioned.
And another bonus, literally right next door to the Dogfish Inn!!

A cool little place where the locals hang in the off-season. The service was friendly and quick. Not a super huge menu, but they offer many of the classics. The Seared Tuna app was good, as was the Crab Cake Sandwich. The prize of our meal was the Fish Tacos. Two overloaded soft tortillas, each with a huge piece of deep-fried cod, along with pickled onions, slaw and sauce. Parking can be an issue, as with most places in this area.

Just an awesome place with cozy, attractive design and layout. Food was delicious and the staff was super friendly and attentive. If you love boats and fishing then you'll love all the many old-style replicas and fishing themes. One of our top 5 places to go in the beach areas!

My husband and I had early lunch after getting off ferry from Cape May. Couldn't have been better! Tuna app was amazing- and so was the fig arugula salad and striper bites club!..But the FRIES?!! Best. Ever. ..a lot of food and a nice wine pour on top of it all! Also, server/bartender John, I think? Perfect. Highly recommend!

this is our favorite place when we go visit lewes! they have delicious food and fresh sushi! we love the tacos and steak and seafoods.

Lots of gluten free options and the outdoor seating area is dog friendly! The seared tuna and spicy tuna roll were great.

Talked with the waitress about my gluten allergy and someone came out and discussed how my dinner would be different from what was described on the menu, making sure I was alright with the changes. They were incredibly knowledgeable, I really appreciated it.

Really enjoyed our meal. Nice ambience, very good service, and the food was really good. The drinks were good as well. The fish Lewes style was very good. Overall a really nice night out with the family.

I got the Striper Bites Club and my husband got the Bistro Burger. We split them and they were both AMAZING! Service was great and as locals, it’s always great to find yummy on the offseason.

Came in with my fiancé for dinner. Short wait and we were able to get drinks from the bar. The calamari was the best I have ever ate! We shared the crab cakes and they were flavorful. Good selection of craft beers. Can’t wait to come back and try something new!

Lobster night was an unexpected surprise. We had a really nice dinner. The server was great. We had not been in here for some time but it was a nice re-discovery.

Always a consistently great spot that really owns the essence of the town more than any other spot in my opinion.

Moved here a couple months ago and this has become one of our favorite places. The food here is outstanding and the service and atmosphere match. You must get the crab dip as it’s a favorite. Also enjoyed the scallops and shrimp that come with the feast and the BBQ ribs they had on special one night came off the bone with the slightest touch and made this former Tennessean delighted.

Spring salad and baked oysters are super delicious. The Key lime dressing is great. Atmosphere and people are pleasant. Raised fish tanks are unique.

Great crabcake and it is also gluten free. Delicious watermelon salad and the Bloody Mary was very good. Nice casual ambience - laid back - very good service.

Excellent! Love the atmosphere inside, and the food was great. Forgot to take a quick picture of my dinner until it was half done. I had the Rockfish Burrito and it was awesome. Large chucks of fish, fresh flavorful salsa, and the tortilla was fried so it did not fall apart or get mushy while I ate. Oh, and it was huge, very generously sized. My wife had the Nor'Easter - a crab cake, baked shrimp, scallops, and mashed potatoes. She commented that the crab cake had large chunks of crab meat, but the scallops were her favorite. Great dining experience.

Had a delicious dinner. Great sushi, seafood, and kids menu. Server was very attentive and helpful. Lots of cool stuff to see around the restaurant - don't miss the window down to the wine cellar!

Consistency is the key here. Staff is first rate with a bar that says welcome kick back you are here.
