Holiday Inn Express New Albany - Louisville NW, an IHG Hotel

I'm a corporate traveler staying many nights a week away from home. This hotel is clean, staff is very helpful and has comfortable beds. They even have an indoor heated pool. I stayed at a different hotel in this city and experience very poor service. I would recommend this hotel for corporate travel or just sight seeing in near by Louisville.

Stayed for one week service was excellent all the staff members were helpful .Ashley and Jay stood out the most for me and my wife. Definitely would stay again here again. if in the area its a great location to visit many attractions.and save on parking which is charged at Kentucky side. Thanks again for a great experience.

Staff was top-notch, friendly, helpful and gave each guest attention and a personal experience, going the extra mile to provide an exceptional hotel breakfast and one of the best in the area. Ashley, at the front desk, was so accommodating and kind, I'd choose that location again for in future trips to the area, just for the service and breakfast but adding that extra touch of experienced, kind and knowledgeable staff made the entire stay so much better. It was like home away from home.

I was taking my wife out for an elaborate date night. The staff here suggested that they could decorate the room with flower petals if I supplied them, which I did. They helped make our night out something really special.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon trip. The rooms were very nice and clean. We came to see Louisville but ended up enjoying Indiana, too. There is a lot to do around this area. Very cozy, safe neighborhood. I never once felt like we were in a bad area of town. I will recommend this place to anyone!

This is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Matt was awesome at check in & everyone else at the desk was great too! The lady running breakfast was super sweet and was always so kind and in a good mood. So much easier to wake up in the morning when you’re around kind people. Not to mention, the breakfast was really good. Even the housekeepers were nice & said hi when we passed them. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel! This will be the only hotel I stay at when I’m in the southern Indiana/Kentucky area!

Staff is great there very nice and friendly. And best breakfast I have had at any holiday Inn. Bed is perfect, pillow is nice some of the rooms need some small attention I try to always let them know so it can be fixed. I love that they serve Borden milk and even have chocolate milk. Just like to see them stock the hot chocolate. And wated to add the pool is closed for repair. Definitely watch out for all the 1 way roads around the hotel I really have to watch we're I turn

I just came back from New Albany, Indiana I stood here for 4 day 3 nights and this Holiday Inn Express was the most memorable experience I’ve ever had. Their beds are so comfortable and the staff was super professional and helpful they made me and my daughter and friends feel like we were home. Ashley, Angela, Jesse and Ociel and all of the housekeepers and staff were so helpful and kept asking if we needed anything I will definitely be staying here again and again and will recommend it a thousand times the town has beautiful shops and views felt safe and very clean hotel

The guest service from the auditor at check in, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to accommodate my reservation. He took the time to call his boss and was able to find resolution. I got my keys to a clean, beautiful, king suite. I was able to spread out and rest well. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Our family home burned down and this meant a VERY extended stay at this hotel! We were there 4wks and a few days. The check in was beyond easy, (remember, we were dealing with insurance and it was still a breeze). The STAFF IS THE BEST. From the front desk, to the cleaning ladies, right down to the maintenance men. The staff were vital in keeping my 5yr olds mind off of the traumatic event of losing everything he owned. I can't say enough about our stay here. The rooms are very clean upon check in and the standard was kept throughout our stay! The breakfast was awesome and the upgraded 50in TV was amazing! The mini fridge and microwave made all the difference when you have no kitchen to go home too. We truly felt like family while there...Staff made sure we were comfortable and that we had all that was needed. Holiday Inn Express went above and beyond for our family and we couldn't be anymore grateful for this hotel! ❤

Even during a busy holiday weekend, this place had it all together. We were able to book a room the day of, it was a last minute decision. The staff was super friendly and everything about our room met or exceeded our expectations. For the price of the room I was not expecting it to be as high quality as it was. Even the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed and pillows were amazing! The breakfast was huge! I am a local who stayed here so my kids could swim. My only complaint is that the pool was very cold. My kids didn't care but I did not get in the pool.

Stayed here while on a road trip with my sister. Best hotel breakfast, Michelle made literally the best biscuits I've ever had. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the hotel was comfortable! What was really great about this is the staff! From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was very polite and pleasant! Thank yall for the good stay!

I stay at a ton of HI/HIE hotels across the IN/KY area and this place was as cleaned and tidy as they come.

They have a really nice exercise area with a few machines and some free weights and their pool looked like it was in good shape except it was closed due to COVID.

Breakfast staff was very welcoming and friendly and of course free breakfast at HIE!
Can't wait to come back.

Second time at this hotel and I highly recommend staying here. The staff is super friendly! The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the hot shower was great! I can't forget to mention the hot breakfast, it was amazing!
