Hampton Inn by Hilton New Albany

We had such. Nice quick stay here. The front desk, Chris, was so kind and friendly even after he admitted he had worked two 16 hour days back to back! The rooms were comfy and clean. We got down late to
Breakfast and the nice lady let us make a plate as she was cleaning up. Great staff who seemed to enjoy their job.

I just wanted to say I had a great stay I love the professionalism from the front desk staff. I loved my room it was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and my stay was just a positive vibe and I will be returning next year. I hope this review will help with your hotel needs.

This Hampton is nice. The young man working the desk was new but went out of his way to help us. I wish I had gotten his name. Kudos to him! Thank you!!

Been to a lot of hotels in my life, THIS HOTEL was the best by far!
The amazing staff was very helpful, kind, and caring which made me feel so welcome!
Their Breakfast bar was fantastic!
Judy, and Cody were like family!
Cody came to check up on me when he began his shift the next day because I wasn't feeling well the day I checked in.
He went out of his way which meant so much to me!
The rooms were clean and beautiful!
Handicapped bars in shower, and shower stools available as well.

Excellent place to stay on the edge of Louisville! I had a really great experience here. From the moment I walked in the place was extremely clean and well put together. The staff was beyond friendly, and I was treated nicer than I have been in a long time. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The hallways are clean, and the pool was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend staying here, and Alex made my check, ins experience a pleasure!!!! Thanks to the staff at Hampton 😀❤

Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the Night Check-in person, but she was SO friendly and very helpful. The Breakfast the next morning was fresh and constantly being attended to by the staff. The Person at the Front Desk was also Cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend, and if in the area again, I would definitely stay again. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

The hotel staff were friendly as soon as we walked through the door, the room was clean and the hotel as a whole was quiet. The breakfast smelled delicious but we just grabbed coffee and a banana to go. Great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. We had no trouble getting lots of extra towels from the friendly front desk staff. We were able to check in early through the Hilton Honors app which we loved! The pool was clean and we liked that it was an outdoor pool because the weather was perfect for it! The free breakfast was perfectly adequate and its so convenient. The breakfast attendant was very nice and got us whipped cream for our waffles. We had no idea how nice the area around the hotel (New Albany) was! Lots of really cool restaurants in the area and we felt really safe. It's a great location, not too far of a drive into Louisville for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location as we were traveling west, and this got us out of the city. Great service, nice size rooms, very modern plus they kept the dark roast coffee and hard boiled eggs were back. Some locations don't have that, but this location knows what people like. ALL Hamptons should make sure they don't take away the dark roast!!

Check in was quick, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had good amount of options. 5-10 min from downtown Louisville.

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and quiet. The day staff were all nice and helpful! The dryer was broke during our stay which was a little inconvenient during a basketball tournament week. There is a laundromat not too far away. The pool towels were hand towels, so bring your own. But the pool and pool area was clean and nice! There are fun local restaurants and shops close by. The location was fun to navigate around!

No complaints but.....not very many decent restaurants in the vicinity at all.

For a Hampton Inn, this is as good as it gets.

I've stayed in many Hampton Inn's and this one is everything you can ask for. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. I didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but the fitness room was great.

In the fitness room, they had a treadmill and elliptical, along with bench/dumbbells. All too often with staffing shortages all over, the towels and water, along with cleanliness suffers. Towels/water were in good supply, the room was clean and it's everything you need in a Hampton Inn fitness room.

To clarify, this isn't a five star hotel but rather a perfect 5/5 for what you should expect from a Hampton. I highly recommend.

Checked in about midnight, got to the room and it wasn't what we had requested. The lady came upstairs to us with new keys and in about 30 seconds we were in the right room. She was so apologetic!! Very nice and even took a few dollars off the bill. That's proper customer service. So many people are just not willing to do that. Thanks!!!!

The room was clean, smelled nice, ( and by that I mean smelled like nothing because I am scent sensitive. Not musty, no bleach, no perfume, just clean), the bed was sooooo comfy, and the room darkening shade really works!!! They should use this type in all hotels.

Our one complaint is that Heat/AC unit is very loud! Had to get up and shut it off completely at 3 am. Problem solved. Definitely a nice hotel for the money.
