Building trust... When entering into a business relationship, when the other party is timely with simple things like returning calls or following through on checking on something and getting back with me, they are building my trust. It's been easy to contact him. For me in today's world, this is rare. Brent is my State Farm agent for my new used houseboat. The rate is competitive with a few other insurance companies I'd checked with. I was originally told that a marine survey might not be necessary, but it turned out that it was needed. I hope to keep my boat insured with Brent.

Best Insurance company by far. I have been with Brent Shewmaker State Farm Insurance office for about 6+ years and not once have I ever considered leaving. They are always very prompt on letting me know if there has been changes on my account or answering any questions that I may have. Brent Shewmaker is very dedicated to what he does. He has a heart for people and he goes over and beyond to make sure you understand and helps you make the best choice . My husband was 87 and anytime he called Brent with a question or a issue Brent helped him and took time to explain things to him until he knew my husband understood. Overall I'm glad we found Brent when we did. The two ladies working for Brent are amazing also. Keep up the good work.

Brent is the best agent period. I work with a lot of insurance agents as a construction contractor and I have never met an agent that cares more about his clients than Brent. Brent always works with me to get the best coverage for my budget and needs. I have had several claims and he always walked me through the process. His staff is outstanding as well. Diane and Cindy have always gotten proof of insurance to anyone I needed them to right away as well as answered my questions about my policies or billing when Brent was with a client. I wish all businesses I go to were run as well as this one. These are outstanding ppl to work with.

Brent talked me through setting up my life insurance policy and was really informative. He answered all my questions and was super helpful by showing me several options of policies, so I could choose a policy that was in my budget range. He was able to set up an appointment for the day I called, so that was a major bonus. He's been my agent for years with my renters and car insurances and he's always been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've needed to file claims.

I had State Farm many years but left them for Farmers Insurance a few years ago. I just left Farmers and came back to State Farm. I joined my mom's policy since we live in the same home now. The homeowners ins went up some but they beat Farmers auto rate and with a multi-line policy I came out with a better deal than I had. Brent answered our questions, was patient, friendly and very informative. I look forward to working with him and his staff. I would recommend State Farm and Brent as an agent.

Brent made the transition from my old insurance company to State Farm so easy! Brent is professional and very nice.
