Once you find a place of business that you love, stick with it! I moved to Martinsville in 2019 but I'm still with this agent. They're very knowledgeable, always helpful and kind.

The quality of service and responsiveness of this office is amazing. Lynn, Wayne and Kim have ALWAYS jumped to the task for us for more than a decade. The pleasant demeanor is so reassuring to their customers. They also give very realistic expectations of when they can get things done for YOU! I wouldn't recommend anybody else to handle your insurance needs. They are ALL you need.

Not helpful at all when we had a claim, so disappointed that Wayne would not call the claims center to advocate for me. Premiums continue to rise and customer service continues to fall.
