Stopped in today, a really helpful lady showed me some items that would help me put together some outfits. No pressure, excellent service. Free People sweaters, yay!

Beautiful high end store with Walmart level customer service. When I’m checking out, I ask the cashier if the $180 swim suit I’m purchasing is a part of a 30% off sale because they had a sign displayed on the table that said 30% off swimwear.

The cashier said none of swimwear was on sale.
I said there is a sign right there (pointing at the sign) that says otherwise. She said it ended yesterday for Memorial Day. I said it’s still on the table and the sign doesn’t say anything about Memorial Day (it literally only said 30% off swimwear.) She said nothing and just stared back at me. I said nothing because I didn’t want to be a Karen and ask for the manager. Before I even exit the store, she is scrambling to take the sign down.

Best customer service in Rehoboth Beach retail hands down. Karen was awesome, helpful and not pushy. She makes you feel confident and comfortable. She has a great eye and is a good stylist.

I was looking for a specific item, ready to spend my money and went to two places where the sales people (who were not busy) didn't greet me or anything before I decided to go to South Moon. I don't need to be waited on, but at least say hello! You get what you pay for, the staff is great and everything I have bought there lasts for years. Thank you!

This place had the cutest clothes and accessories in rehoboth! Pricey but not as expensive as some boutiques. Plus, they have a huge sale selection too and hey, you get what you pay for!
