I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful customer service I received at Toyota Terre Haute. Josh Johnson was my sales consultant and he made the process of buying my car smooth. I traveled from Chicago to purchased the 2023 Corolla Cross Hybrid-Acidic Blast and once I arrived to the dealership I was in and out in less than a hour. The dealership manager David is amazing too. I’m military so there’s a little more work that comes when purchasing a car out-of-state but David handled it with ease. Thank you again Terre Haute Toyota 🫶🏾🥰

Our salesman, Jeff Sheets, was absolutely amazing!!! As a business owner as well as having been in the car business, I believe Jeff is one of the most outstanding sales representatives I have ever encountered. From the moment we first spoke with him to the time we drove our vehicle off the lot, it was perfection. He went out of his way to make sure we were well informed and satisfied with not only our vehicle but our experience. We drove about 2 hours to deal with Jeff and buy from someone who earned our trust. This is the first Toyota we have ever purchased but it certainly won't be the last. If you are looking for someone who has product knowledge and is honest, efficient, friendly, helpful, thorough, and accommodating, I encourage you to contact Jeff. He is absolutely the best!

I would also like to add that Dave (F& I manager) was wonderful as well. He was informative, extremely efficient, and well prepared. He made the paperwork piece of the purchase so smooth and easy.

Very good experience with my Prius C. My grandson had my car on campus when it started having issues. Made an appointment online. Love the texts I got, confirming check in and then telling me all that service had found during inspection. I was able to pick and choose what to fix this visit. Also had a couple very helpful phone calls to further discuss things they found. Another text when complete, with balance total. Less than what I expected! Called in and paid; now my grandson can pick up the car and get on with his studies. : ) I have definitely found my Toyota home!

Josh Stephens was wonderful and walked me through the process explaining every detail! He made sure I was comfortable before I ever signed the contract. While I waited for the car to be pulled around and ready to go, the ladies in the rental department kept me laughing! I have had the vehicle almost 3 weeks and I love it. My bad experience with another dealership was erased by the impeccable customer service at Toyota of Terre Haute.

Was very impressed with the speed of the whole ordeal was impressed with the gal that waited on me and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. She was very she’s a good person. I’ll put it that way very friendly very had a pleasant smile anytime I looked at her even when she wasn’t dealing with me very pleasant gal and anyway, I was totally happy with my service And I will continue coming back as long as my 2019 Toyota Highlander keeps on trucking. Bryan, our service manager, was outstanding. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were ready for us when we arrived at our appointment time and we were in and out in a very reasonable time. This is a service department that is a finely tuned machine.

My Prius battery had died overnight in the cold. Needed a battery replacement but had other overdue maintenance completed at the same time because your service charges were much more reasonable than Indy where I am from. You guys saved me over $300 and completed the work ahead of the quoted time. The car is running better than it had been in months. Exceptional work and customer service all around.

We had a great experience. We are from Michigan. This started with a follow-up call from Jeff. I am cautious by nature, but made the decision to buy our genttly used Toyota based on Jeff's word. A few days later, we made the 300 mile trip to claim our Toyota. We were not disappointed. Clear communication from both Jeff and John (financial). No surprises, no hassles, no pressure. Doug was amazing! He made sure we got the best deal possible and answered all of our questions and showed us how to use all the new features on our car. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great experience buying my car. Very professional and freindly. Not pushy and they're not doing anything weird. The price I was quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid, they had the car ready for me and I really enjoyed the experience. I left a few other car dealerships and even walked away from a non refundable deposit to work with then. Just way better than anyone else. Worth the 2.5 hr drive.

Absolutely one of the best service departments around. Their techs were
incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming with very in depth, descriptive answers to every question I had. Toyota don't have many problems. That's why I think Toyota techs are more pleasant than others. Job well done

Jeff Sheets was absolutely amazing to work with in buying my new 2024 Grand Highlander. He didn’t come off as your typical salesman. He was incredibly friendly and wasn’t pushy in the least. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Fast, easy, and very professional service. Waiting area very comfortable and, well supplied with refreshments, and the TV works too. Staff also most friendly and attentive. Being able to review the inspection report on my phone as soon as it was done was a nice and useful feature as well!
