I was having issues with my Jeep Wrangler, called Mr. Chenault and within the hour they drove to my house to work on my Jeep. This is true service, outstanding work! Love the dedication and knowledge they bring. I would highly recommend calling Patriot Auto Repair for any vehicle issues. So, I'm the type of person that avoids having my car worked on the way people avoid dentist appointments. I've always hated how contemptuous mechanics can be, and the scare tactics some use to sell you on repairs you never asked for.

Patriot is the opposite of those experiences. Tony is the rare individual who is both a car professional in addition to being a customer service professional. You can tell that he and his partner are willing to stake their reputations on doing excellent work for an extremely affordable price. There's no hard up-sell, no price bait-and-switch... Just excellent work for the price agreed upon. The waiting area is a little lo-fi but, considering that most shops and dealerships are starting to serve avocado and watercress sandwiches, I'm pretty okay with lo-fi.

I'll never take my car to any other shop. Go there, and I imagine you'll feel similarly.

Was having problems with my family car and took it to Patriot Auto. Very friendly people the moment I walked in the door, they took the time to listen to me explain what I thought was going on with my car. They seemed pretty busy but were quick to get me in and diagnose the issues I was having, all good now!!! Thanks Patriot Auto!!! Friendly, honest and quick turn around!!!!
