Best Buy

Stopped in this location with my spouse and in-laws looking for a washer/dryer. Brody helped us out in the store and he went above and beyond to assist my family. He was incredibly kind and patient on top of being extremely knowledgeable of products and warranties/protection plans. Brody is an asset to this Best Buy team.

I have had to stop in here 2 times recently, and both times, it was a 10/10 experience. The Geek Squad guys were able to diagnose my laptop's problems super quick. Then, when I went in to buy a 2-in-1 laptop/tablet, the gentleman in that section was awesome! He listened to my wish list and directed me to a few that met the criteria. When I had questions, he was knowledgeable.

We were helped by a great guy...i just wish I remembered his name. We were looking for a new refrigerator and dishwashers. They had a few refrigerators we really liked. Free delivery is a great deal. They have the new cell phones everyone wants. Closes at 7pm. So be aware all the other stores around them close. Between 9 and 10pm. Check out the pictures.

All I have to say is these people are great, everyone that is employed here are just so pleasant and have good customer service!

I was able to get an adaptor plug for my laptop quickly and easily since we are just passing through Terre Haute Indiana. The lady store representative was super efficient and helpful.

This was actually a relatively enjoyable experience. I went around 11am, and despite only having one associate in the section of the store that I went to, she was good enough for two employees! What I've learned with places like this is to have your due diligence done before you go in. If you tell them what you are there to buy, they won't be able to sell you on something to buy...well they can try, but I've found Best Buy associates to be relatively pliable in the sales push. I told the woman that I was there to buy TV X, that I did not need Y, so pls don't try to sell me Z.

The Best Buy Geek Squad in Terre Haute were awesome. They took what we thought was going to be difficult and made it look easy and perfect. Giovanni and his crew are top notch!!

Great place for electronics and anything else tech related! Always a happy customer upon leaving.

The staff is awesome. So willing to help. Very informative! So professional and nice! The Geek gyros are so very knowledgeable. And help you how ever long it takes to fix or help you find answers! I would give them a 10 star plus if I could!

Amazing service. Faster delivery (in store) and home delivery when ordered at the store. Free shipping as well. Best buy has improved leaps and bounds. Still trust in the brick and mortar, vs unsure/unclear online only stores. Especially the ones that advertise on YT!!!! This is a clear pivot point in the economy. The brick and mortar stores are ready with unlimited inventory, and qa approved, ready for customer use. I am glad I still have access to BB where I live.

I didn't have to look for help. I was asked numerous times if I needed help. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Had trouble with my computer not powering up. Malachi (I believe that is his name) helped trouble shoot before I spent money on different products. He was friendly and helpful. I left with a couple of items and now my computer is working perfectly. Great customer service.

I enjoy Terre Haute BestBuy and it's service. Picking up our new item was a breeze.

I came here trying to find shampoo and get the best buy on it. I was unable to locate it in the store so I went looking for my favorite brand of catfood which I also couldn't find. I asked several employees, but they were very unhelpful. They kept saying they didn't carry these items. I don't understand, I didn't need them to carry them for me,I was just trying to find them and get the best buy on them. What a strange store.

Clean store, and very friendly staff. We were looking for a new phone, and the employees was knowledgeable, and thorough. Spent a long time with us and was patient with us, as we couldn't decide on what phone to purchase.

Hannah in the cell phone department was great made the switch from I phone 12s to I phone 14s took about an hour which was fine we know it takes time. We would pick her again she was great process went smooth!!!

Had to buy a new phone. I called and talked to a guy and he really helped me. When I went in the next day (after 7 hours of research and a phone call to best buy and att&t the previous day) another young man helped. They were knowledgeable and listened to me. I don't need anything expensive. I just needed more memory and a better camera (for my business, hairstylist). They made sure to get me in the right budget and perfect phone for me. I'd highly recommend, I just wish I could remember the names of the young gentleman who helped. They deserve to know they're appreciated.

Always a pleasure to shop here I was in on black Friday by total accident I mind u. And service was great and only took a couple extra mins to check out. They were ready for a crowd and made my pick up quick and easy.

My first time in a best buy and I loved it. Thanks to the young man that sold me a ssd for my ps3 he was very helpful and knowledgeable and not overbearing . Huge selection of anything and everything tech even playstation new release games and 4k HD movies also they where having a 24 hoyr flash sale I was able to save 27 dollars off a 65 dollar ssd. Thanks so much I will definitely shop here again five stars
