It's been a couple of years since I've had some inkwork done. Phil is legendary. You won't find a better tattoo artist this side of the Mississippi!!! He's responsible for 90% of the ink on my body and there isn't a soul that I would trust to tattoo my body other than Phil.

I couldn't be happier with my new ink. Phil is a great guy and a fantastic artist.

I walked in with an umbrella idea in my head and walked out with it on my arm. Priced very reasonable and very nice to work with! I’m completely satisfied with my art work. Kudos to the whole team!

Got a tattoo here from Andrea and it was honestly the first time I’ve ever gotten a tattoo that I was absolutely happy with. It turned out even better than I expected. She was a joy to talk to. The shop is very clean and I really loved the decor. Having nothing but Ozzy playing while I got my tattoo was the cherry on top. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Got both of my tattoos here at Irish Buddha. My second was a snake and dagger and when Zach, I believe, was in the middle of the tattoo he asked if I wanted to add some color to it. I said why not, and the final result was better than I could have even thought. Amazing work. I would rate 10/10 if possible

Phil is awesome! An true artist. About to get 2nd tat and can't wait to see what he comes up with. Trusts his ideas you won't be sorry. Great shop. Looked around and so glad I waited till I found Phil. Very welcoming even if you don't "fit the mold " He means it when he says no rock star attitude.

Phil is very professional and an amazing artist. He has all of the skill of a rock star without the attitude some guys get. I had a great time throughout the whole process. Not just any tattoo shop.

All of the tattoo's that I have gotten done at Irish Buddha have been cover-ups. I have known Phil for a couple of years and he has been able to get everything done that I have asked for, and I am picky! Phil has created such amazing art over the messing that I have allowed on my body, I will not be going anywhere except to Phil! I get really nervous when going in for a tattoo and Phil is able to ge me to calm down and get through it. He is amazing with tattoos and people. I am excited to be getting my back covered up and my foot, plus he will be touching up my ankle. Thank you Phil for all of the art you have put on my body. Can't wait for what comes next!

Phil has been doing my husband's tats for a long time. We found out that he opened a shop in Seaford so we went to check it out.. All I can say is WOW!! I got my 1st tat from him in March 2013. I can't believe the wonderful job he has done.. Everyone that sees it wants one also. The good thing is he creates one of a kind. I am getting my 2nd tat this Saturday, and I can't wait... He is a professional all the way in my eyes... You really have to check him out before you decide who you want to do your work...

I have to say this is such a great place to get a tattoo from Zach was super nice and he did a great job with my tattoo and I love the decorations when you first walk in very clean and I love it already I will be definitely coming back to get more tattoos in the future. 😊🖤

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE my new tattoo. Took a hodgepodge of random ideas to Phil, and he came up with a cohesive concept that allowed 6 very different topics blend seamlessly.
