I will never use any other facility for my storage needs except Lighthouse storage !!! Dom and Janine are exceptional customer care techs that assure that all your needs, questions, and concerns are addressed before they let u hang up the phone .I appreciate that so much .... Great place to store your belongings easy access really affordable

Great place overall. Rent is fair and the building is maintained at room temperature (was around 75 F when I went in). All the storage units are indoors and only accessible through a locked door. Carts are available for moving items and the inside is very well lit.

There are cameras, but the area outside the facility is slightly sketchy. Lock your car and close the door into the facility while you're moving stuff around, especially at night.

Previous management was rude and just trying to charge as many fees as possible. New management called and actually cared and asked questions. Matt just made my day better just from being kind. I’m sure this company will grow bigger and stronger with him on board! I was looking into moving storage facilities next month, now I don’t have to. Thanks for seeing the problem and fixing it VSS.

It was the easiest experience I have ever had renting a temperature controlled storage unit. The guys on site were great and explained everything. I highly recommend them. The prices were comparable with others in the area. Very well maintained and clean. They had carts to use when we got there.

Very affordable, and excellent customer service. I ended up needing two units to store all of my stuff, and Stacy was very helpful in answering questions and making sure I got the service I needed. Great storage facility!

The inside is really kept up and maintained. Austin the property manager is very nice and attentive. He assured me my things would be safe and I felt comfortable doing business with VSS because of him.

Loved working with Larry. He has been in this industry for awhile and was able to answer all my questions and pointed out some things I needed, that I didn't even think about when storing. What a fun personality! And a great place.

Value Self Storage has been a life-saver! I was in a pinch and needed a nice, reliable, safe, and easy place to store my stuff on short notice. Luckily, I found VSS and they checked all the boxes. 10/10 would recommend to all friends and family, and everyone else!

There’s a reason this place has such great reviews. Larry is incredible helping you get set up. He’s there to help you and has great wisdom to share for first timers. Prices are great as well when you consider the whole place is air conditioned. Highly recommend!

It's All brand new..Climate Control. And Nice size units. I got the Tour through the Whole inside. I know one of the ppl doing the Remodeling. It's not only part of the Old Great Scott it also incorporates the Old THPD Sub station...and Plans for More storage Units in the Bldg (Old 10% Grocery) on the North 3rd Avenue side of parking lot, from what I heard

Very happy with this facilities security measures. Pricing is very fair. The manager is really easy to do business with; he has a fantastic personality and does his job well.

Went in for a quote on a unit. Very clean facility, and appears very secure. The fact it's indoor, climate controlled units is also a huge plus. Larry is very friendly and ready answer any questions about the units.
