Terre Haute Campground

We were so impressed by this campground! Super nice people who were so helpful! Lots for kids to do beautiful pool. Animals to see and a racetrack to ride around. We like to walk and this was a good camp for that. Easy access right off I70.

Rhonda who was running the campsites was super sweet, helpful, and welcoming. Camp sites were well taken care of. Donkeys and goats were adorable. All kinds of fun things for the kids to do. Popcorn, cookies, and coffee in the cute little shop. Kids activities. Muffins and mimosas for moms on mothers day weekend, so thoughtful. An over all great experience and campground. Would definitely recommend. Pool was not open yet for the season but you can clearly tell they take care of the entire place. Bathroom super clean and cute!

Very clean!! It was rainy and cold when we visited and our 7 year old had fun! Playground was very nice with friendly animals to pet! Laundry was very clean as was bathroom! The Rec room was the best!!! Our daughter had a blast with the claw machine!! And we enjoyed playing pool and air hockey. Easily accessible from interstate.

This is a campground so there are no 'rooms'
The campground is easily located off the highway but far enough that you don't hear the road noise. We have a 42 ft Fifth Wheel and the sites are large enough to allow seating around the camp fire ring. The park was clean and quiet with the only sounds being the birds in the trees and the occasional braying from the donkeys that live on site. We've stayed here twice and it is definitely on our list of "will return" campgrounds

Outstanding campground! My wife and I stayed here and everything was well kept. Workers are constantly working hard to keep the campgrounds clean and well maintenanced. Little shop was a great feature for food and last minute things. Bathrooms were very clean and well kept.

I can’t say enough about Ronda and the staff they are just amazing. They treat you like family the moment you check in and are down to earth and very hardworking. Everyday they were cleaning to keep the campground in impeccable shape. They are the reason my daughter wanted to run to the store everyday and made our 3 month stay one we will never forget

Was just a quick stop from the highway, beautiful place ( even in late March) I’d love to see how pretty in bloom, anyway I left my custom made ear plugs in the shower, I realized a day later , I called, 4 days later they arrived, I also requested a sticker and willing to pay for my delivery, but no charge. We enjoyed our little while there. Very clean, safe and accommodating.

This is a wonderful campground for families, lots of things for kids to do to keep entertained. Pool and playground area is nicely maintained. Goats and donkeys were a bonus!

Kids loved the donkeys, goats, playground, and bounce pad! Campsite was level and way to get into and out of.
Convenient location just outside of Terre Haute, with easy access to groceries and gas, and multiple really cool state parks within an hour drive.

The perfect size campground for us! Nice hideaway tucked inside a bustling area! Super-friendly staff and very clean. I would definitely camp there again.

Very nice property. The young lady working in the camp store was very nice and helpful. The bath house and bathrooms were very clean we stayed over thanksgiving and it was 20 degrees, it was great to get out of the tent and have a hot shower in the morning!I really wanted to feed the donkeys and goats though. I wish you had some type of feed for them

Very well kept and quiet park. At the end of the road so no traffic. Camp host was very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back!

The showers/bathroom was amazing, very clean, lots of hot water, and high pressure. The location is great as well, however, it was rainy so I couldnt go down the trail, but, it looked nice.

Cool, little campground. Loved the Donkeys and Goats. Staff was very nice. Stayed off season. It was quiet. Definitely would stay here again!

Love the super premium concrete sites! Very spacious. This is an absolutely lovely stop off I70. Enjoyed seeing the goats and the donkeys. Nice little pool, jumping pad for kids as well as peddle carts. Small (stone) enclosed dog park is nice too. We are repeat customers.

Scheduled while on the road, when we arrived, after staff had left (Sunday 6:00pm), we couldn’t find our 50 amp hookup at the campsite assigned to us. The process of switching our site was unbelievably easy, went to office and found available sites, with the placards placed by staff, moved sites and had a wonderful relaxing night, after a 12 hour drive and numerous construction zones! When in this area, will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks to staff and owners for making our trip East so nice.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I'm not really a camper but more of a traveler and have been here for 3 months due to personal reasons. By far the best campground I've been to. When I arrived Rhonda the new manager had just started and the difference she's made in 3 months is amazing. The grounds are well manicured, the RV spots are clean and welcoming, the pool is sparkling (it wasn't when I arrived) and the bathrooms are spotless. The store is super organized and always clean! Great place for kids, lots of fun things to keep them occupied.
I was a work camper and had the pleasure of working with Rhonda and her staff and all I can say is excellent job; it takes a lot to run this place. It's extremely busy and I've witnessed her and her staff go above and beyond. Staying late, coming in early, accommodating guest with changes, fixing issues if needed and making this place a fun, safe environment. Love the goats and donkeys as well. Very pet friendly!

Very clean and well kept campground. They had things for the kids to play on and do also.

We rented a rustic cabin on Labor Day weekend and were amazed at the quality, cleanliness and amenities that came with the cabin experience. Highly recommend this campground. We previously tent camped here and liked that option as well although it’s more of an RV place. Kid friendly, adult friendly and a great time! It’s our camping choice when we have the grandsons.. Staff are very kind and helpful.
